Drawn aluminium - Import export

On request, we can supply aluminium alloys in the form of rod or bar. These are available in most of the commercially available aluminium alloys. The tolerances of extruded aluminium rods and bars can also be further improved by subsequent drawing. In recent years, ALUnna has specialised in the production of rod and bar meeting the highest quality standards. If you require a specific delivery option for rod or bar such as special testing then we will definitely find a solution for you.

Depending on the application, tubes may require subsequent drawing following the extrusion process. Examples of this are: a requirement for a high degree of dimensional control and/or the need for tight tolerances, where the final outside diameter and/or wall thickness of the extruded tubes can only be achieved by subsequent cold drawing, where the final mechanical properties for non-heat treatable alloys are to be achieved by strain hardening (drawing) or where special requirements exist for the microstructure of the tubes.

Da dieser jedoch keinerlei Augenmerk auf die Herstellbarkeit der Teile legte, stand der Kunde vor der großen Herausforderung, einen Lieferanten zu finden, der die Teile in Großserie produzieren konnte, ohne Abstriche beim Design machen zu müssen. Selbstverständlich muss bei einem so edlen Produkt jedes Bauteil ganz besonders hochwertig sein. Bei den Aluminiumteilen gilt es im Hinblick auf die Folgeprozesse vor allem darauf zu achten, dass die Oberflächen sauber sind.

We process material thicknesses from 0.05 to 2.50 mm. Pharmaceuticals and medical technology, industry, consumer and automotive: we are primarily active in these fast-growing sectors. We are not only specialists in deep drawing, but also know the industrial requirements and process chains. Depending on your requirements, we complement deep-drawing with numerous secondary finishing processes up to fully automated assembly systems.

Goodridge HL836 AN-04 and AN-06 Aluminium hard line is the ultimate light weight hard line solution; ideal for air jack, fuel, oil and water applications. The Hycot® tube is a corrosion resistant, light weight, precision drawn aluminium tube with a polyamide coating; providing strength and rigidity whilst allowing it to be formed to suit the installation. HL 836 fitting design does not require the tube to be flared, in addition a range of banjo, tee-piece, male and female fittings are available to complete the installation of complex systems, in tight environments.
