Torque Control Verifier with Ethernet. The TCV was one of the first torque controllers to hit the market. That was back in 1999. Paired with an SLTC FM-2.4 GHz preset click wrench, the TCV quickly found a spot in automotive plants around the world. In 2017 we updated the TCV to pair with two-click wrenches for simultaneous operation. Enter the TCV e2! The wireless error-proofing world is rocked again. The TCV e2 can be either network or I/O-driven. It is perfect for indexing lines. The TCV e2 can be used with the legendary SLTC FM 2.4 GHz preset click wrench and/or the all-new TAC digital torque and angle click wrench. The TVC e2 manages up to 10 parameters and can be paired with up to a total of 10 tools. Tools are paired with parameters. Operators work independently. Like the Global 400, the TCV e2 has complete date/time stamped reporting. The display on the TCV e2 and the LED on the wrench provide an OK/NOK visual guidance for the operator. [...]

Error proofing for SLTC-FM preset click wrenches. The Torque Control Verifier (TCV) is ideal when the application calls for accuracy, repeatability and simplicity of the 2.4 GHz Wireless Preset Clicker-Type Torque Wrench, and only a single tool at the station needs to be controlled. The TCV-FM provides verification to the operator on the quality of each use, plus DC 24V relays and I/O port for line controller communications (PLC). The TCV-FM was created for those who desire to integrate their manual torque wrenches into their control line automation, without necessarily needing all of the features of the PTV-FM. The TCV performs the comparison and communication functions required for basic control, but without the stand-alone capabilities of the PTV.

The WrenchStar Multi digitally records torque & angle data and connects either wirelessly or with a cable option, to our IQVu data collector. The WrenchStar Multi has a 360° Light Ring that is completely visible at any angle. The torque wrench can be used wirelessly or with a cable option. It has a small OLED display that is clear and bright and shows how many Jobs are left. There is also a strong vibration alert when reaching the desired torque level. The Wrench will connect wirelessly using RF to the IQVu. If the Wrench goes out of range then it will continue to take readings, which once you are back in range it will automatically connect to the IQVu and send the data. The WrenchStar Multi can store around 200 readings within its internal storage so you can continue to work offline before having to return to the IQvu to send your Jobs. The quick change battery allows less downtime in production.

It also brings a powerful networking capability not previously available in the Global 8 and the Global 100 series. The Global 400 is designed to organize work stations where highly customized products are assembled. It can work with 16 primary torque tools, 8 holding tools, and an additional 8 I/O tools. It has the capacity for 100 sets of parameters that can be grouped allowing 4 operators to work as a team. These parameters or groups can be formed into jobs containing a fixed build sequence of put to 35 steps.
