This feeder consists of a completely overhauled rotary feeder from CMC, a new pressure/vacuum pump made by Becker, and a self-programmed control system. All components are mounted on a stable frame made of aluminum construction profiles, which can be placed as a compact unit autonomously at any desired position in the production. The machine can either be operated continuously or controlled by an external signal. This allows inserts to be placed with pinpoint accuracy in a collecting section or at high speed on a conveyor belt to be addressed via inkjet, for example. We offer a 6-month warranty on parts and service for this machine. Our systems can be freely configured according to your needs. The WEC/WDEC410 Series Single and Dual Input Electrodeless Conductivity Controllers measure conductivity of a solution via an encapsulated, non-contacting sensor to control replenishment pumps and alarms. They may be installed in a variety of very harsh chemical control applications, including oily cleaner baths, chromates, rinse tanks, fume scrubbers and other concentrated chemicals up to a conductivity of 1000 mS/cm. Four conductivity ranges may be selected to configure the controller over a wide range of applications. Choice of measurement units is µS/cm, mS/cm, ppm and % concentration. The non-contacting, toroidal sensor technology is immune to thin coatings and the contamination and calibration problems that direct contacting sensors are prone to. Integrated datalogging is available to validate performance. With a USB memory stick data and event logs that include conductivity measurements, temperature and relay status can be extracted. Generally, dosing pumps are referred to as oscillating displacement pumps with adjustable stroke length. Depending on the requirement the driving mechanism can be equipped with hydraulically actuated diaphragm. Electrically driven pumps offer besides the stroke length adjustment a further possibility to adjust the delivery flow by modifying the motor rotation speed. Often measurements take place in extreme situations, for example: ladders, shaft or under heavy respiratory protection. This pump is a bellow pump in which the air is sucked stroke wise through the tubes. The body of the pump consists of a bellow, which is pressed together completely for measurements. After release of bellows, the sucking drains automatically and the relevant measured gas is sucked by the insert tube.
