This feeder consists of a completely overhauled rotary feeder from CMC, a new pressure/vacuum pump made by Becker, and a self-programmed control system. All components are mounted on a stable frame made of aluminum construction profiles, which can be placed as a compact unit autonomously at any desired position in the production. The machine can either be operated continuously or controlled by an external signal. This allows inserts to be placed with pinpoint accuracy in a collecting section or at high speed on a conveyor belt to be addressed via inkjet, for example. We offer a 6-month warranty on parts and service for this machine. Our systems can be freely configured according to your needs. Explosionproof/flameproof gas preheater EEx d -ATEX und IECEx zertifiziert In general a cooling down takes place at expansion of gases whilst a heating takes place at compression. Typical gases are carbon monoxide, natural gas and air. The temperature change, which occurs at expansion of gas or gas mixture from a high to low pressure i.e. after a gas pressure control is called Joule-Thomson effect. In order to prevent the effects of Joule-Thomson as icing or condensate separation, the gas will be heated up before expansion. The gas pre heaters are suitable for all kind of gaseous media (i.e. air, natural gas, technical gases, fuel gas) and low flow process applications, suitable for pressures up to 300 bar. The “Cast electric heaters” type flameproof electrical gas pre heaters are certified for use in zone 1 or 2 hazardous area, custom built to meet client specification. The gas pre heater consists of a process tube coil and an electrical heating bundle, casted in aluminium. The process gas flows through the tube coil and is heated by the aluminium block that provides the heat transfer. This indirect electric heating gives an accurate control of the process and eliminates pressure vessel design and associated costs.

The gas detetctor pump for easy usage in difficult situations The manual Dräger Accuro is used for short time measurements of Dräger tubes. Often measurements take place in extreme situations, for example: ladders, shaft or under heavy respiratory protection. The gas detector pump Accuro is easy to operate with one hand The gas detector pump Accuro is easy to operate with one hand and enables reliable measurements at hardly accessible places. This pump is a bellow pump in which the air is sucked stroke wise through the tubes. The body of the pump consists of a bellow, which is pressed together completely for measurements. After release of bellows, the sucking drains automatically and the relevant measured gas is sucked by the insert tube. The sucking process is finished when the body of the pump is completely open again. The end of stoke can be read by a pressure controlled display in pump head of Dräger Accuro. Data sheet

SCHÜTZE Control valve for pre- / purging air Our new external control valve combined all demands. It works pneumatically. It receives from a separate 3/2 way solenoid valve an air pulse of 5 - 6 bar. This pulse starts the atomizing air, which can be reduced by the assembled pressure regulator to the needed air pressure. Delayed starts the control air without pressure reduction (5 - 6 bar). The closing process takes place in reverse order.
