Hybrid Technology – Smart Assembly Solutions The YOKOTA electric system wrenches with integrated torque transducer and angle sensor offer a large reduction of energy consumption, a high degree of accuracy and fantastic work efficiency. Torque transducer and angle sensor located directly at the front of the main shaft, giving the best accuracy of measurement. Faulty tightening detection with maximum accuracy due to the use of an integrated torque transducer and also an integrated angle sensor. During the tightening process, four different variables are measured and monitored: Torque - Angle - Time - Nº. of Impulses. Torque transducer measures directly and transmits the signals contactless. Detects cross threads, double hits, contamination, etc. Special feature to prevent cross threaded tightening: reversely rotating a bolt to a preset angle at the start of tightening. The TCI Multi allows the user to connect up to five Wrenches to be used in assembly production, allowing for complete control of your torque tools and peace of mind for safe recording and logging of vital data. The WrenchStar Multi can be connected to the TCI Multi at the push of a button. The TCI Multi allows easy management, set up and diagnostics of itself via Web Browsers. The TCI Multi can be used stand alone and jobs can be selected and results sent to a PC or Web Page. The TCI Multi accepts Open Protocol commands via Ethernet to select a Job to use with the WrenchStar Multi. The TCI Multi has Web Status Page that allows Ethernet properties, RF properties, logging of messages, and Wrench status to be monitored. Web Page mirrors last Torque and Angle reading from Wrench plus its Torque status (LO, OK and HI). LED lights show real time status of the Wrench connection on the unit. Connection to Crane rotary torque transducers is also possible using the RFm wireless device.

The WrenchStar Multi digitally records torque & angle data and connects either wirelessly or with a cable option, to our IQVu data collector. The WrenchStar Multi has a 360° Light Ring that is completely visible at any angle. The torque wrench can be used wirelessly or with a cable option. It has a small OLED display that is clear and bright and shows how many Jobs are left. There is also a strong vibration alert when reaching the desired torque level. The Wrench will connect wirelessly using RF to the IQVu. If the Wrench goes out of range then it will continue to take readings, which once you are back in range it will automatically connect to the IQVu and send the data. The WrenchStar Multi can store around 200 readings within its internal storage so you can continue to work offline before having to return to the IQvu to send your Jobs. The quick change battery allows less downtime in production.

Error proofing for SLTC-FM preset click wrenches. The Torque Control Verifier (TCV) is ideal when the application calls for accuracy, repeatability and simplicity of the 2.4 GHz Wireless Preset Clicker-Type Torque Wrench, and only a single tool at the station needs to be controlled. The TCV-FM provides verification to the operator on the quality of each use, plus DC 24V relays and I/O port for line controller communications (PLC). The TCV-FM was created for those who desire to integrate their manual torque wrenches into their control line automation, without necessarily needing all of the features of the PTV-FM. The TCV performs the comparison and communication functions required for basic control, but without the stand-alone capabilities of the PTV.

Torque Control Verifier with Ethernet. The TCV was one of the first torque controllers to hit the market. That was back in 1999. Paired with an SLTC FM-2.4 GHz preset click wrench, the TCV quickly found a spot in automotive plants around the world. In 2017 we updated the TCV to pair with two-click wrenches for simultaneous operation. Enter the TCV e2! The wireless error-proofing world is rocked again. The TCV e2 can be either network or I/O-driven. It is perfect for indexing lines. The TCV e2 can be used with the legendary SLTC FM 2.4 GHz preset click wrench and/or the all-new TAC digital torque and angle click wrench. The TVC e2 manages up to 10 parameters and can be paired with up to a total of 10 tools. Tools are paired with parameters. Operators work independently. The WEC/WDEC410 Series Single and Dual Input Electrodeless Conductivity Controllers measure conductivity of a solution via an encapsulated, non-contacting sensor to control replenishment pumps and alarms. They may be installed in a variety of very harsh chemical control applications, including oily cleaner baths, chromates, rinse tanks, fume scrubbers and other concentrated chemicals up to a conductivity of 1000 mS/cm. The HAFSTalpha is the latest generation of semiautomatic color controllers from OLIGO Lichttechnik GmbH – surface controls. Light scenarios and light groups can be quickly and conveniently programmed via TFT touchscreen display. A large overview display of the color matching booth visualizes the setting made.

The hand controller HST1.2 is used to manually control OLIGO surface control optics. All common surface control optics can be controlled via a dial with a large, clearly legible scale.

OLIGO surface control optics can be controlled using the semiautomatic controller HAST2.0. It enables the coordination of light scenarios and programmed light groups.
