Colour Marking Preset Torque Wrench for Cap Screw Tightening. A mark is made on the tightened cap screw and an adjacent location on your work. This lets you check for subsequent loosening. A marking torque wrench for tightening cap screws, which prevents human tightening errors. Upon reaching the set torque the marker is designed to stamp on the bolt and work. Because the stamped mark is put on the side of the bolt and the work piece, it can not only prevent missed tightening but also detect loosening of bolts. The marker is designed to stamp only when the torque wrench operates upon reaching the set torque. Marking stays on by use of quick dry ink. When the adjusted torque value is reached and the wrench clicks, the bolt head is marked. So tightening and marking is done in a single operation. Marking is not done until set torque is achieved. The single pole, colour-coded circular connector (earth, neutral, phases) with a bayonet coupling and secondary locking is available in four different construction forms: Line Drain, Line Source, Panel Drain and Panel Source. The casings are made of plastic. Colour-coding is available according to European, North Americans and Australian standards. All connectors are IP2X contact protected; the secondary locking that can only be triggered with an additional key offers additional security. Coating colour recycling at paper and cardboard industries During the production of coated paper, it has to be cleaned with water and so, waste water results with pigments of the coating color. Because of their properties, exisiting precipitation plants are working hard on these types of waste waters. Alternatively to precipitation plants, membrane filtration technologies can be used to recover these high-value coating pigments. For that, the water with coating color pigments is circulated through the membrane plant until the required concentration is reached. The permeate is free of particles the CSB value is reduced significantly. It can know be handled by the precipitation plant, which is relief by the removing of the pigments. The concentrate with coating color pigments will be recirculated into the production process.
