It is the reliable single disc sanding machine for both, fine and coarse applications. Thanks to the dust-proof motor and the very robust metal gear, it can withstand even heavy loads. Due to this construction it is almost maintenance-free. The continuously adjustable working angle of the handle allows flexible adaptation to the user and room conditions. In addition, the ergonomically shaped handle allows the SINGLE to be fully controlled in every situation. An integrated adapter permits an external vacuum cleaner to be connected. Applications with the SINGLE: In addition to sanding, padding and dry cleaning of wooden floors, the single-disc sanding machine is also suitable for intensive dry underfloor treatment due to its sophisticated technology and robust construction in combination with the appropriate accessories.

The three-disc sanding machine for perfect fine sanding! Among other things, it is characterised by its extremely effective dust extraction performance. Another highlight is the near-edge and direction-free sanding. The TRIO is also versatile, extremely user-friendly and easy to maintain. Its mode of operation enables sanding results with highest quality. When it comes to achieving a premium quality of a wooden surface, the TRIO is the right choice! For example oiling and colouring a wooden floor create special challenges, which require a high surface quality. This task is mastered by the TRIO as well. Its ergonomic construction allows easy handling with minimal physical strain. Both, the abrasive and the dust bag, can be changed quickly and easily. Due to the integrated filter system, the dust extraction is very efficient, which enables almost dust-free sanding.

The contact wheel FAPI-VU MILLED is the addition to the smooth model. This is accomplished by milling grooves into the coating of lamellae of foamed up Vulkollan®. The overall height of the coating is also adapted to the respective application and is therefore variable. The grooves can be cut into the coating in various widths, depths and angles. Due to the grooves inserted, contact discs with a milled design are significantly more aggressive than contact discs with a smooth design. The aggressiveness effect of the contact disk can be optimized for each application through an optimal groove width-groove depth-web width ratio so that high-performance processes are possible. With this contact disc, too, no signs of fatigue occur after long, intensive use if used properly.The contact discs of the FAPI-VU series are exclusively provided with a coating made of foamed Vulkollan®. The contact disc FAPI-VU MILLED FREQUENCY DAMPED is the further development of the milled version. Grooves with a groove width-groove depth-web width ratio specially developed by us are milled into the contact disc’s foamed Vulkollan® covering. This reduces the noise level to a minimum during the belt grinding process and increases the removal rate to a maximum. The aggressiveness effect of the contact disk can also be optimized for each application using an individually optimized groove width-groove depth-web width ratio for milled, frequency-damped contact disks so that high-performance processes are possible. As with all contact discs in the VU series, there are no signs of fatigue after long, intensive use.The contact discs of the FAPI-VU series are exclusively provided with a coating made of foamed Vulkollan® by its slightly yellowish color. Tool systems: The Zinner RC disc milling cutter can efficiently machine deep grooves with depths from 1.6 mm to 8.0 mm. If necessary, they can also be used for parting. The cutting tips of the RC disc milling cutter and be customised to meet almost every customer requirement. The SPM 03 disc milling cutter can cover a range of cutting widths from 8.0 -20 mm; this variant is equipped with left and right cutting inserts.
