The GEMÜ 650TL diaphragm valve is a manual tapping valve with automatic closing function which is pneumatically operated. The "keep-closed" override of manual operation is via a stainless steel handwheel. The valve can only be operated (opened / closed), if a control medium is applied to the actuator. The 5P diaphragm valve can be used in practical applications as a shut-off fitting, a safety valve and also in the 2/3-way version for distributing or collecting. The key to a long service life and reliability is in the structural design of the diaphragm valve. In comparison to comparison diaphragm valves, the flow is controlled not by the diaphragm alone, but in combination with a 90° sealing cone. The advantage of this is that it saves wear on the diaphragm and prevents particles from accumulating.

The GEMÜ SUMONDO® single-use diaphragm valve consists of a diaphragm valve body and a manual or pneumatic operator. The single-use diaphragm valve body has an internally welded diaphragm. The single-use diaphragm valve body is fastened to the operator using a clamp. The valve body and the operator are locked using a defined closing and opening procedure. TOPAZ differential valves are the ideal valve for water tanks in pressurised systems. The float valve with diaphragm offers a high flow rate of up to 200 l/min.
