The TIP900 system is a comprehensive thermal imaging and noncontact profiling system designed to supervise the temperature of wallboards coming out of the oven. It uses an infrared thermal imager to continuously scan the entire board surface temperatures and allows the detection in real time of moisture and density variations inside each board. This workstation enables the manual serialisation of drug packages and their aggregation into shipping cases. For this purpose, each individual box is first printed with order-related serialisation data by a thermal inkjet printing system as it passes by and then manually placed in a shipping carton. As soon as it is filled, the downstream thermal transfer label printer creates an individual serialisation label. The correct print data and print quality are permanently monitored by a vision system. The operator places the medicine products to be serialized on a reference edge at the infeed. As soon as the thermal inkjet printer has printed the serialisation data, the integrated vision system checks that the data is correct. If an error is detected (e.g. insufficient grading), the product stops at a certain position marked by red LEDs. The removal of the rejected product must be confirmed by pressing a button on the HMI.

The OPTISONIC 6300 P is a portable, battery-powered ultrasonic clamp-on flowmeter for temporary flow measurement of (non-)conductive liquids. It can be used at virtually any location and without process interruption or need to cut pipes. Due to its flexibility, the meter is equally suited for comparative measurements on stationary measuring equipment (e.g. pumps, flowmeters etc.) or for use as a short-term replacement of faulty devices. The OPTISONIC 6300 P consists of a combination of one or two clamp-on sensors and one handheld electronic signal converter. The robust clamp-on rail can be easily attached to almost any pipe up to DN1500/160". The readings of the meter are shown on the handheld LCD and are stored in the integrated memory for data logging. In addition, all readings can be transferred to a PC via the included USB stick in order to further analyse or store the data.

As soon as the thermal inkjet printer has printed the serialisation data, the integrated vision system checks that the data is correct. If an error is detected (e.g. insufficient grading), the product is removed from the process and fed to a lockable collection box. It is not taken into account during the formation of the aggregation pedigree and is ejected and marked in the shift register as soon as the error is detected. As soon as the filling quantity per carton is reached according to the specified packing scheme, the system automatically generates a serialized label for the shipping carton. It is applied manually by the operator and confirmed by a handheld scanner that the aggregation label has been applied.

The O2-Log3050 is a data logger for dissolved oxygen and temperature. It measures the oxygen saturation level in the water and saves the readings to its internal memory. It also calculates the ppm and mg/l concentration and allows for user-friendly recalibration and changing of its O2 electrode. In combination with its automatic temperature compensation it is best suited for operation in lakes, rivers, in sewage-treatment plants or for monitoring transportation, e. g. of fish.

The μS-Log3040 can measure conductivity and temperature in aqueous solutions at the same time. Typical fields of application are monitoring wells, rivers, lakes and sewer tunnels or transportation, e. g. of fish.

The P-Log3021-MMC was specifically developed for applications demanding an increased memory capacity and high sampling rates. The measurement of the water level is carried out based on a piezoresistive pressure sensor and the measurement of the temperature is achieved by a high-precision measuring resistor. Its exceptionally high resolution and accuracy allow for water level and wave movements to be measured accurately to the very last millimetre.

The MikroLog2 is a miniaturised data logger for water level and temperature measurements. There are two models available - one combines water level and temperature and the other measures temperature only. Suitable fields of applications are wells, one inch pipes, drill holes (e. g. geothermal drilling) as well as open waters. The outstanding benefits of the MikroLog2 are its small diameter of only 16 mm and length of 110 mm, its long battery life, the large memory capacity and its excellent accuracy.The MikroLog2 is available with various measurement ranges between 1 and 50 bar which offers the appropriate range, including the ideal resolution and accuracy, for every measurement. It makes a continuous monitoring possible. Its logging interval can be configured between 1 second and 24 hours, and in fast mode even intervals of 2 Hz...32 Hz can be set.

The miniaturised data logger T-Log3001 was specifically designed to measure temperature inwaters. In addition to its pressure resistance up to 100 metres water column it offers high accuracy and resolution as well as a large memory. The logger housing is made of stainless steel V4. If you have to undertake measurements in aggressive fluids the T-Log3001 can also be delivered with a plastic housing (for depths of up to 30 m).

The models P-Log3020 PA (=absolute pressure) and P-Log3020 PR (=gauge pressure) are data loggers capable of measuring water level with an accuracy of a few millimeters and also water temperature. Highlights of these data loggers are their high resolution as well as large memory. They offer a high long-term stability and provide reliable measurements over many years without a battery change thanks to an optimised energy consumption.

The pH-Log3030 is a self-sustaining data logger for unsupervised measurements and logging of pH and temperature. It is perfectly suitable for water quality surveys, e. g. in bodies of water or sewer tunnels, or for monitoring in transportation, e. g. fish or fluids. Once the pH Log3030 has ben set up with a PC it records measurements of the chosen parameters in a freely programmable interval.

The TeraSpeed serves applications in quality control and process monitoring that require no spectral information, but call for terahertz intensity measurements at “extreme” speeds: the system is capable of detecting individual terahertz pulses at repetition rates as high as 100 MHz. An integrated data-processing unit converts the detected pulses to RMS values, enabling data streams at sampling rates up to 500 kHz – orders of magnitude faster than conventional terahertz systems. Bringing together several cutting-edge technologies, the TeraSpeed takes advantage of mature fiber laser technology, powerful photoconductive emitters and fast yet sensitive Schottky receivers.

The iNOEX Data Manager (iDM) comprises a central data logger for the collection of all process and quality data of the iNOEX systems in the extrusion line. Optimization potentials can be identified, and product-specific key figures can be analyzed and evaluated. The software is installed as a virtual machine in the customer's network, so that no additional hardware is required. The dynamometers series TesT 323 include a force transducer and a process-controlled electronic unit with advanced software under Windows CE. Various functions are adapted to the daily requirements of quality assurance. An integrated data logger with 4 MB, supplemented by an SD card with 2 GB storage space allows, f.e., saving peak values and/or curves in xls files. Online or after use the data can be transferred to a computer via an USB 2.0 port, for further processing / storage.
