Clean, efficient, versatile. transfluid's knife cutting method is ideal for postbending cuts. Even with extreme geometries it is possible to have perpendicular cuts with sharp edges. In both cases both chips can easily be detected in the process. Extreme requirements are also not a problem, as up to two blades can be used. An internal mandrel can also optimise the process.

Robust and durable As a naturally renewable raw material, wood is not only one of our favourite building materials, it can also be disposed of and recycled with comparative ease. For old wood recycling, tables, kitchens, damaged railway sleepers or chipboard are recycled using singleshaft shredders. The Metzner CCM 2 circular cutting machine processes steel-reinforced profiles and sponge rubber materials with dry cutting (optionally with micro-knife moistening to cool the circular knife). The standard model comes with an integrated discharge conveyor (1300 mm length); range of application both in-line and off-line.

Metzner has been developing and designing production machinery for tube machining for nearly three decades. Thanks to these many years of experience, today we can offer solutions that are adapted to the variety of different tube diameters and material properties. Wherever tubes have to be cut in very large quantities, impact knife machines are used. The Metzner Dynamat series achieves up to 4000 cuts per minute with one knife and, if required, an even higher cutting performance with multiple knives. Customers have the choice between "stop & go" cut or continuous cut. There are different machine sizes for materials of up to 120 mm diameter, which are prepared as standard for a wide range of peripheral equipment and knife moistening. The Dynamat machines process elastic materials reliably and with repetitive accuracy – from silicone tubes for the medical sector to fabric-reinforced tubes and profiles. No difference whether the material comes from an extruder or is unwound from a coil.

Disc chippers are especially suitable for processing straightly grown round wood into high quality wood chips. The raw material is fed into the chipper via a slanted horizontal feeding conveyor. The disc inside the housing is equipped with knives. The logs are processed to chips between the vertical rotor knives and the counter knives. The chips are discharged below via a discharge chute, with lling level control, to a subsequent conveyor. TYP C 057 Universal cutter for radial components Description The Streckfuss device Type C 057 is designed to cut the leads of axial and radial components incl. ICs to the required length. Even female connectors can be processed with this device. A diagonal arranged cutting knife is be driven over the whole working surface, so each component terminal is cutted by itself.
