The TNC-GG model series was developed to apply one or more labels to large cylindrical containers at the circumference. Instead of using „die-cut“ labels, it is also possible to handle continuous label material from the roll. Depending on the size of the product, the material is cut inside the system. The largest area of application for these systems is in the beverage industry, where beverage barrels (KEGs) are provided with a deposit banderol on the circumference and thus clearly indicate the owner of the returnable containers. Highly permanent label material is used for these applications, which can no longer be removed from the product without leaving residues. We also offer fully automated solutions for this.

The specially developed production line can unwind, label, roughen, cut to length, strip, wind, bind and automatically deposit the cable wires. The material to be processed is unwound by a motorised unwinder and fed to a thermal transfer printer via a straightener. The latter prints the cable with two QR codes and a serial number. This ensures that each cable can be identified throughout the entire processing and manufacturing process and assigned to the stations which have already passed through. This traceability offers great advantages – for example in the diagnosis of faults. The cable then passes through a roughening station, which lightly roughens the material surface so that the connector overmoulding adheres better later on. An AM 3550 from Metzner Maschinenbau cuts to length and strips the cable, which is then transported to the winding station and onwards by a gripper to the binding machine. The latter winds the cable to form a cable ring.

The leather for our Corinera labels is an unadulterated natural product "Made in Germany". It is obtained only from young German steers and is tanned using plants and minerals. It is approximately 1.2mm in thickness and suitable for high-quality finishing of products that do not need to be washed, e.g. bags, or key ring tags.

The vegan alternative to real leather: high-quality artificial leather, as used for our Corinera labels. This is made from 100% polyurethane and is guaranteed free from hazardous substances. With a thickness of approximately 1mm and a very authentic surface structure it looks very similar to real leather. It is also washable and durable and therefore good for finishing garments.
