We can work with almost any concrete formulation you request. In addition to the formulations based on the DIN/EN standard, we produce customized formulations for you. Our own mold construction department helps us to be flexible in producing sizes and formats according to your specifications. Upon your request, concrete test specimens can be subjected to customized aftertreatment by grinding, saw-cutting or sandblasting.

With us you can choose between 2,500 standard formulations or we develop according to your requirements an individual recipe for you. artefactum gmbh offers its customers a wide range of care concentrates. The effective care concentrate is taken from the high-quality medical-grade glass bottles with a syringe and applied to the skin. There are currently 22 different formulations in the range, each offering optimal care solutions for a precisely defined area of ​​application. These care concentrates contain, for example, hyaluronic acid, caviar, phyto-collastin or collagen. Of course, Artefactum GmbH also develops tailor-made, individual formulations for its customers.

With its state-of-the-art technology and advanced knowledge in production process, Ronix manufactures these Ceramic Cutting Discs with fully automated machinery. This technology makes cuts faster and ensures longer life time of the blades. The diamond tips of these circular tile cutting wheels have a unique and special formulation. This formulation consists of high-quality raw materials that minimize friction between the workpiece and the cutting disc. At last, this reduction of friction delivers a faster and cooler cut. This unique formulation allows our customers to use this disc for high-speed cutting applications. The diamond tips of the Ronix Ceramic Cutting Discs provide the users with chip-free and fine cuts.

Due to their efficient processing, high performance and recyclability, Dryflex TPE compounds have proved themselves as a quality replacement for vulcanised rubber in window and door sealing applications. Colour and co-extrusion have further enhanced the design possibilities. We develop custom formulated materials which deal with the design, performance and environmental needs of the future. Dryflex TPEs are totally recyclable and can be reprocessed and regenerated to produce functional gasket products. We have developed trade standard grades, including compounds developed to meet the requirements of BS 7412:2002 Class A or B standard and are suitable for ‘static’ (Class A) or ‘dynamic’ (Class B) applications. As well as grades that meet the requirements of RAL GZ 716/1, Class IV (and Class V) standard. Our Dryflex Extrusion range also includes translucent, foamable, rigid and semi-rigid compounds. The Mediprene 500M range encompasses our original medical TPE grades. They are available in hardnesses from 0 Shore A to 62 Shore D. With translucent and transparent grades, they are also easy to colour. Mediprene grades are sterilizable with gamma, EtO and steam and representative grades have passed cytotoxicity tests according to ISO 10993-5 and biocompatibility tests according to USP Class VI. Mediprene TPEs have proven to be a strong alternative as replacement to PVC; they are completely synthetic and latex free thereby minimizing allergy risks. The right TPE formulation is the key to a safe and successful medical product. When a standard formulation does not meet the needs of a unique application, we will formulate a custom solution. The Polyplast Compound Plant located in the historical site of Eilenburg works on the development and production of PVC Comounds. Many formulations have been developed for our customers’ specific applications. Here, it is essential to understand the particularities of the manufacturing process and to modify the existing formulations according to customer needs. Our highly experienced employees provide the basis for this demanding task. Decelith® compounds are available for many different cable standards. Crystal clear compounds and PVC compounds with enhanced flame retardancy are manufactured by PCW. Another specialty is the development of products for the connector injection molding sector.
