For protecting and preserving your goods, Cover sheets of Gordopack is your best option. Cover sheets have always been used in industry and are still indispensable today. Our PE sheets are used for stabilisation, separation and covering of your loads onto the pallet. For this range we recommend the GP-Loop product line which is a 100% recyclable PE film with the purpose of protecting industrial goods of all kinds and shapes, including secondary food packaging. GP-Loop contains high-quality circular plastics, optionally in the following mixtures: GP-Loop30 (30% recycled content), GP-Loop50 (50% recycled content), GP-Loop70 (70% recycled content). Product can range from HDPE/ MDPE/ LDPE/ PCR with straight-cut edges, perforated on roll or loose in cartons, needled, with antistatic agent, UV-stabilizer/absorber, symbol marking, Corona treatment and in various colours.

Our cover sheets serve for the effective protection from dust, dirt and moisture during interior and exterior work. We produce a large range of cover sheets in various strengths. All films are delivered on rolls.

Why make something complicated when you can make it easy? PE sheets – made to order in the size you need – save you the time and effort of manually or mechanically cutting plastic covers. PE sheets are pre-cut flat film sheets. PE sheets from Dürrbeck are manufactured bespoke to meet your needs. Plastic sheets are used as covers for pallets, as a liner between individual packaged units, or as a packaging material itself. When combined with stretch film pallet wrap, it provides excellent protection against dirt, dust and the elements. Our custom-made PE sheets also act as a simple liner or cover for goods in a warehouse or in transport. We produce plastic sheets loose or perforated on rolls – simply tear off, use, done! We can produce flat-belt brushes in any length requested, open ended or endless. They are mainly equipped with natural hairs or bristles, plant fibres or synthetic bristles. Depending on the fill material a brush surface from very soft to very hard can be obtained. As belt qualities we supply the multilayered types 5,8 mm or 7,0 mm (belt thickness) with a cover sheet and running surface made of chrome leather and an integrated polyamide insert. They are suitable for temperatures from -15°C to +80°C. When using endless closed belts, belt pre-tension is an important factor.For our types 4,8 mm to 9,5 mm we normally use a belt pre-tension of 1,5 to 2% of the distance between the pulleys (a). In order to obtain this we recommend that an adjustment device (such as a slot) is used with an adjustment range of 5% of the distance between the pulleys (a).
