Camlock couplings are available in different dimensions for coupling stations. They are suitable for tube diameters from 40.0 / 50.0 / 60.3 and 65.0 mm and have the following characteristics: male parts in aluminium covering caps in aluminium female part with hose connector in aluminium or stainless steel

We can offer single elements like bends, branches or tubes of HVA NIRO® (highly wear-resistant version) or 3.3 borosilicate glass.

We will provide you with pipe couplings for different outer tube diameters e.g. to connect glass bends with stainless steel tubes. DVK-6 pipe couplings for suction conveying can be delivered in the following sizes: 47.0 to 40.0 mm 56.0 to 50.0 mm 66.0 to 60.3 mm

DVK-HD® quick closure pipe couplings are ideal for a quick and safe mounting in pressure conveyors. The coupling is closed with two clamping levers, therefore a quick opening and closing of pipe connections is possible. DVK-HD® high pressure pipe couplings are perfect for a quick and well-priced mounting for pressure conveyors. They have the following characteristics: for outer pipe diameter from 60.3 to 206.0 mm length: 100, 150, 200 mm or longer metal casing made of aluminium AlMgSi 0.5 F22 massive aluminium clamps (double secured) screws M12 with massive threaded bars pressure-resistant up to maximum of 12 bar (see table) vacuum-resistant up to maximum of 0.8 bar (see table) circular version, therefore very easy to mount white EPDM gasket or nitrile gasket, temperature-resistant and food-safe optionally available with silicone gasket (-60°C to +200°C) Mounting these pipe couplings is safe and hazard-free because no welding works are necessary. Super HSP Cupla socket can be connected easily with small power to standard HSP Cupla plug even with residual pressure on the plug side of the hydraulic line. For impact resistance, especially repeated impulses, special quenched steel is used for the body. This ensures original performance over a long period. The design reduces pressure loss, and so particularly suitable for hydraulic applications where enough fluid flow is essential. Both socket and plug have builtin automatic shutoff valves to prevent fluid spill out on disconnection.

Hyper HSP Cupla

Generic Cupla copes with high pressure lines in hydraulic equipment! Low pressure loss is ideal for hydraulic equipment. Complys with international standard ISO 72411A. General purpose hydraulic Cuplas with the working pressure up to 27.5~31.5MPa {281~321kgf/cm2}. Structure keeps pressure loss extremely low, particularly ideal for hydraulic applications requiring high flow rates. Both socket and plug have builtin automatic shutoff valves to prevent fluid spill out when disconnected. Easy to handle. Special steel body material is adopted for its excellent strength and additional quenching treatment is done to withstand hydro pressure impacts. Various end configurations.

Quenched special steel body! Powerful impact resistance, especially against impulses. Valve is designed to suppress pressure loss, particularly suitable for hydraulic applications which need big fluid flow rates. Automatic shutoff valves in both socket and plug prevent fluid spill out on disconnection. Easy to handle. In addition to conventional female thread type, male thread types (male tapered thread, male parallel thread with 30˚ flare, and male parallel thread with 30˚ coneseat) are newly added. Male thread types are designed especially for direct connection to hydraulic power units effectively. Male parallel thread type complies with both metal seal and Oring seal. (In case of Oring seal, Orings available in the market can be used.) Optional HSPDC Cuplas are available for diecasting machine applications with severe pressure variation. The overall length of male thread type is shorter than that of female thread type plus conversion nipple available in the market.
