MULTI CROSS RILLO couplings are highly torsionally flexible tyre couplings with progressive torsional deflection haracteristic. The salient feature of the MULTI CROSS RILLO shaft couplings is that the coupling hubs are supplied with commercially available taper bushes for nominal torques of up to 11500 Nm. This allows easy and time saving mounting of the coupling hubs on the shaft. Special tools are not required. Multi-part design, elastic ring can be replaced without having to axially move the machine The coupling TSCHAN ® TNM G is a torsionally elastic and puncture-proof claw coupling. It balances out angular, radial, and axial shaft misalignments within defined limits. The coupling transfers the torque via pressure loadable, elastic buffers or Perbunan (Pb) which are joined together as an intermediate ring. The elastic intermediate ring can cushion impacts and torsional vibrations; it is oil-tight and electrically conductive. A coupling half is divided in two and allows through this a simple separation of the coupled machine. With the claw ring pulled back it is possible to check the rotational direction of the drive. It is also possible to lift out radially a coupling half with accompanying aggregate. The elastic intermediate ring can be changed without axially shifting the machine. Multi-part design with brake drum according to DIN 15431 The TSCHAN ® TNM GBT is a torsionally flexible and shock-proof claw coupling with brake drum and removable claw ring. They compensate for angular as well as radial and axial shaft misalignment within fixed tolerances. The torque is transmitted through an elastic transitional ring. The elastic transitional ring made of Perbunan (Pb) with nitrile rubber as the base material dampens shocks and torsional vibrations, is oil-proof, insensitive to temperature and normally electrically conductive. Plastic-coated steel cablestrands are cut to length using a special shear cut module and then stripped with the cutting module of the AM3500 without the wires "jumping open".Bare steel cable wires are transported by the modified AM 3500 directly to the special cutting machine, which is coupled between the AM 3500 and the material stacker and which cuts the material to length by a thermal process. Due to the special electric welding process used here, the individual wires do not twist up during cutting, and a smooth rope start and a smooth rope end without thickening are produced.
