The RF 400-AL high-frequency cable from bda connectivity is suitable for radio data transmission, WiFi and other applications of 50 Ohm technology and is specified for use up to 6 GHz (5G). The CCA inner conductor is surrounded by an insulation layer of physically foamed Cell-PE, double-laminated aluminium foil and a braid of tinned copper as the outer conductor, covered by a black PVC jacket. This ensures UV resistance and good laying properties.

Concentric strands are particularly appropriate for thin-gauge coating with high-grade isolation materials (extrusions). 7-end strands are especially suited for data cables with high frequencies of transmission. The technical qualities of a concentric strand can be extremely well and accurately customized by combining several different alloy wires.

Compact braided round copper flexibles made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, LEONI Histral® alloys upon request, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, in hard or soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.10 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.047 mm² to 25 mm² (bigger cross-sections upon request). Round copper braids are characterised by a very high degree of dimensional accuracy and a very high Flex life. They are absolute free from twist and support an automatic further processing. Compact braided round copper flexibles are particularly suitable for carbon brushes industry, connection technology, switches or aviation industry.

The thinnest paper yarns in the world ! Paper cable yarns are used to obtain a regular air space between the copper conductor and the paper insulation. The yarns must have an exact diameter and may not become flat being wrapped on the conductor. Furthermore, the paper cable yarns can be used to exact standard measures as center elements or filling string. The raw material basis of our products are special celluloses of those the necessary special paper is made. For the thinnest yarns GarnTec is world class specialist and possessing the required know-how. In some sectors we are even sole supplier.
