The very special requirements of our customers have made us absolute specialists in the manufacturing of cylinders and calenders. Using the latest CNC automatic lathes and grinding machines along with tried and tested conventional lathes (10.000 mm bed length, 800 mm diameter) we are able to quickly and precisely manufacture the following types of cylinders for you: Solid steel cylinders Pipe cylinders Cylinders with double jacket system Cylinders with double jacket and spiral baffle Cylinders with peripheral holes Cylinders with TÜV seal

We manufacture turned parts such as threaded bushings and nuts for mechanical engineering, power plant technology and for furniture technology. The treatment of the turned parts takes place on our CNC turning machines, conventional lathes, 6-spindle multispindles or automatic lathes. Threaded bushings and thread nuts are usually supplied as a system with matching stems (spindles).
