Klöpper Therm designs and manufactures specified switch and control cabinets in various designs – for nearly all types of electric surface heating. By the installation of electronic controllers, heating systems can be controlled in dependence of temperature and/or humidity. Arising disruptions during the control of temperature measuring sensors such as e.g. a falling below temperature, can be signalled or transmitted via indicator lights and/or dry contacts. The operating conditions of each heating circuit in the cold store is indicated by LED indicator lights. Via keylock or push buttons, all heating circuits can be checked quickly and simply. You can easily get an overview about economic efficiency and energy consumption of your heating system incl. documentation with an operating hours counter or energy meter.

The conductivity measuring transducer CONDIX measures the conductivity of liquids. The evaluation of the measuring result is made via the Modbus RTU digital interface directly in a PLC or in the SCADA system. This eliminates the need for additional transmitters with display.

The universal two-point controller is suitable for various applications due its easy handling and robust construction. However you can also use all customary industrial probes with current or voltage output with this unit.

Desiccant dehumidifier TTR 200 The lightweight under the high-quality dehumidifiers: the extremely compact and mobile TTR 200 The TTR 200 is an extremely compact and lightweight quality dehumidifier for keeping room air continuously dry or for drying during water damage restoration. All TTR 200 are equipped with the advanced electronic Monoventic air volume regulation which allows stepless, demand-oriented regulation of the required dry air volume. Dehumidification performance and thus power consumption as well as noise emission of the TTR 200 can therefore be defined as required at any time. Even the standard model has an integrated DIN socket for remote switching to control the TTR 200 by means of an optional hygrostat, time clock or other external switching devices with matching DIN plug.

Rotary Slip-type Preset Pokayoke (Error-proofing) Torque Wrench A preset torque wrench that prevents 3 problems: under-tightening, over-tightening, and other human tightening errors. QSPCAMS and QSPCALS are rotary slip-type torque wrenches with wired limit switch. When set torque is reached, rotary slip occurs with simultaneous output of a contact signal from the limit switch. Signals from the limit switch are captured on a programmable logic controller (PLC) or similar device to establish a Tightening Assurance System using assembly line interlock controls. The limit switch can be connected to a CNA-4mk3 count checker (sold separately) to easily create a tightening count management system.
