By coiling corrugated helical fins on tubes of different alloys, we obtain extremely large tubes surfaces and, consequently, low temperatures on their surfaces. C-Box/2A is used for fast D/A conversion of two digital input signals or for evaluating two digital sensor signals. Output of the sensor signals is possible via two configurable analogue outputs, Ethernet or USB. Handling of the C-Box/2A and of the connected sensors are performed via web interface. Averaging functions, thickness, diameter, step and inclinations can be calculated. The D/A conversion is executed with 16 Bit and max. 70 kHz.

Loading takes place via an extendable platform, which can be loaded at an ergonomic working height. The workpieces are mechanically cleaned by means of pump pressure in the spray chamber process. The temperature-controlled washing liquid is sprayed onto the workpiece via a spray frame.The washing plant is operated via a side switch box with electrical control. Before the washing process, the loading basket is loaded and driven into the rinsing chamber via a roller conveyor. The door is closed manually (optionally also automatically). The machine reaches an operating temperature of 40°C within just a few minutes. After a further 30 minutes, the maximum washing temperature of 70°C is reached. The motor-driven spraying gyro completely revolves around the parts to be washed.

The PFLITSCH CABseal is used to feed pre-assembled and non-assembled cables, as well as pneumatic and hydraulic lines, simply and reliably into control cabinets, primarily, but also into enclosures and machines. To this end, their sizes and dimensions of the frames are compatible with the common standard cut-outs and hole patterns in control cabinets so that just a single CABseal frame is required per cut-out. The CABseal cable entry system consists of four different sized frames and a number of cable grommets that can be equipped in various constellations. The grommets are slotted at the sides to make it easier to insert cables. While the frame is made of hard and robust polyamide, we use a flexible elastomer for the cable grommets and their special sealing lips. To ensure the cables are properly sealed, the grommets are positioned in the frame and compressed when the upper part of the frame is screwed down.

The aluminum enclosure Type CA from Bernstein is corrosion resistant, impact resistant and has a high mechanical strength due to which it is ideal for the encapsulation of electrical, electronic, pneumatic components and applications that are used in potentially explosive environments. The CA enclosures feature copper-plated earthing screws for connecting PE conductors on body and cover, and are finished in RAL 7001 in a silver/gray shade. Earthing sockets and mounting flanges can be utilized for mounting as well as for securing the built-in components. These come with factory-assembled seals that confer class IP 65 (optionally IP 67) protection according to DIN EN 60529.

Bernstein Series CP and CPS polyester enclosures are made of high-grade glass fiber-reinforced polyester. The black polyester enclosures conform to the requirements for Ex applications and are sufficient for accepting and encapsulating electrical and electronic and control components in harsh environments or implicitly explosive atmospheres. All enclosures have achieved protection class IP 66 in accordance with DIN EN 60529. The captive stainless steel cover screws are maintained by a self-latching element integrated into the cover. The threaded bushes are embedded in the flange on the narrow sides of the base and obtain mounting rails, plates and PC boards.

This product is made of high-grade polycarbonate or ABS and are typically designed for enclosing electrical and electronic components and even complete small-scale controllers.
