The sample containers sterile are sterilised by irradiation and correspond to a sterility assurance level Sterile SAL 10-3 (according to ISO 11137) inside. The handy and universally applicable sample jar is easy to fill, smooth-walled and free of undercuts, therefore it can be emptied completely. It is an excellent universal container for all liquid and solid contents. The attached lid of the sample container can be opened with one hand and fixed at a 90° angle. This leaves the other hand free to take samples. Liquid/condensate in the lid runs into a collecting channel integrated in the lid, nothing is lost, nothing can drip off. The sample boxes are closed while hot during production. Due to this process, the sample boxes close absolutely tightly, as the lid and box adapt optimally during the cooling process. The sample container made of PP is highly transparent, the contents of the container can be easily recognised.

Material subject to data protection can be collected in our data disposal containers, also referred to as file containers, and then transported for destruction as required by law. The IBC/Bpro-Container Jacket Heater is an insulated heater jacket for the heating of bottle-in-a-cage containers. All four sides of the container are covered by the heater. The container heater has two separate heating circuits (top and bottom), allowing for an economical heating of half-filled containers, too. The HILC unheated insulated lid can be used in addition to shorten the heat-up time. The IBC/B heating jacket can also be combined with the IBC/A container base heater. It's a silicone heater mat that is placed below the plastic container before that is filled.

For liquids that have to be mixed before processing and then pumped or contain small solids, the new Diaphragm pumps with an integrated air-operated Double diaphragm pump is the perfect solution. The mixing and pumping process takes place via a suction and mixing tube and a 3-way valve. Electrical tote tank mixers for stainless steel IBCs The LRK-C series tote tank mixer and their drive units LRK-A are a special solution designed for operation on stainless steel containers with filling openings of at least 400 mm and mixing volumes from 400 l up to 1,500 l. The customer may choose between various viscosity-related basic versions of fast-running and slow-running mixers with electric drives. The mixing unit that remains in the container is connected to the drive unit with a bayonet coupling and a clutch. The drive is dismountable so that one drive unit can be used for several mixer units interchangeable. The mixer is mounted on the container’s manway lid, which is clamped with butterfly screws or a clamp ring. The agitator shafts are borne in a bearing housing, which is welded into the container lid on the product side. The impellers are designed to fit through the filling opening DN 400 when being inserted.

The tote tank mixers CR-M are designed for operation on stainless steel containers with filling openings of DN 400 mm and mixing volumes from 400 l up to 1,500 l. Depending on the viscosity of the mixing material, CR-Ms with fast running or gear reduced drives are available. The agitator shafts are connected to the drive shafts with sleeve couplings or borne within the gear’s hollow shaft (worm gear). The agitator shafts are balanced for concentric run after assembly. The mixer is mounted on the container’s manway lid, which is clamped with butterfly screws or a clamp ring. The manway lid is supplied by the container manufacturer or by the customer. The impellers are designed to fit through the filling opening DN 400 when being inserted. The electric container mixers are delivered with on-/off-switches with low-voltage breaker.
