To produce your perfect component, we also have the option of using carbon steel, special nickel alloys (e.g. Inconel®), but also soft magnetic materials. A flexible and cost-effective way of connecting tubes to each other reliably and stably. RK Rose+Krieger developed the precision-cast stainless steel tube connectors specially for heavy loads and impact-resistance. The high-strength tube connectors are resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, and are engineered for dynamic loads. An electrochemical passivation – the tube connectors are electropolished in a final working step – makes them more resilient and resistant to acids than elements made of untreated stainless steel. As a result they are particularly resistant to cleaning with aggressive cleaning agents or hot water from high-pressure cleaners, and ideally suitable for use in packaging machines or for feeding technology in plants in the chemicals industry. Stainless steel clamp connectors are tough. Stainless steel clamps are particularly important for users working in the fields of chemical and food technology.

Camlock couplings are available in different dimensions for coupling stations. They are suitable for tube diameters from 40.0 / 50.0 / 60.3 and 65.0 mm and have the following characteristics: male parts in aluminium covering caps in aluminium female part with hose connector in aluminium or stainless steel

We can create mobile platforms on request. Discuss your mobile platform requirements with us. For mobile platforms we generally use GRP construction profiles manufactured in accordance with EN 13706 / E23. This ensures that the platform has a minimum loadbearing capacity. These GRP construction profiles typically have an isopolyester resin matrix. For structures that are exposed to higher chemical stress, we can also use profiles with a vinyl ester resin matrix. If profiles need to be connected with angle brackets, we generally use V4A stainless steel connectors. We do not use short GRP remnants for such connections because they are not sturdy enough.

The ECOVOS system of hose connectors enables crimping of many different hose types with only one hose insert profile, which results in an immense reduction of endless product varieties. The use of identical parts with ECOVOS means a reduction of individual components by approximately 45 per cent.

Metal connectors with self tapping screws are provided for the fast connection of rubber belts using a cordless screwdriver. FTK connectors are also available for round balers and in a special version for grape harvesting machines. Our steel connectors come in galvanised steel or non magnetic stainless steel. FTK connectors can be installed just using a cordless screwdriver because the screws are self tapping. No hole drilling is needed. FTK connectors are available with screws and connecting cables in lengths up to 3,000 mm, depending on belt width. A variety of connecting rods, lock washers and screws is also available for the initial installation of FTK connectors or as spare parts, plus various cordless screwdrivers, a pneumatic screwdriver, brace, PZ 2 cross head bits and a magnetic bit holder.

Super Screw connectors are available in different versions of textile reinforced rubber abrasion resistant, heat resistant, oil and grease resistant, white FDA, self extinguishing, with textile on the running surface or in stainless steel. Screws are available in either galvanised or stainless steel. Super Screw connectors are inserted in the belt diagonally and from both sides. After the rubber layer is removed, the connector is installed using just a cordless screwdriver or, in underground mining, using a breast drill or pneumatic screwdriver. Super Screw® connectors are pre installed, depending on the belt width, in lengths up to 3,000 mm or in rolls up to 25,000 mm long.
