Conductive level monitor for the detection of conductive media. With this sensor, the resistance between two electrodes is measured. If a medium shorts both electrodes, the resistance decreases and a switching signal is generated. Buildup is no problem for this sensor.

The OPTISENS COND 1200 is a sensor for conductive conductivity measurement in all standard applications. With its two stainless steel electrodes it is particularly suitable for low-contaminated, non-corrosive media such as pure water, steam and cooling water. The sensor is also available as a special industrial version with graphite or titan electrodes for media separation, drinking water purification and wastewater checks/treatment. The OPTISENS COND 1200 operates with the MAC 100 or any suitable analytical transmitter.

The OPTISENS IND 1000 is a fully enclosed inductive conductivity sensor for use in heavily contaminated, aggressive media such as industrial or municipal wastewater. It features an extremely rugged design using corrosion-resistant and dirt-repellent materials like PP or PVDF. The measuring cell with two inner ring-shaped measuring coils is completely enclosed and is thus not in contact with the media. The compact sensor design is particularly suited to installation in pipes with small diameters. The OPTISENS IND 1000 easily connects with the MAC 100 or any other analytical transmitter.

This mounting adapter from Therma was developed to match the friction thermocouple MST-20347. Mounting helps conduct the friction sensor securely and with uniform pressure on the brake disc, facilitating the most precise measurement results. The mounting adapter for MST-20347 is M12x1 and becomes delivered with locknut.

The LMP 308i is designed for continuous fill level and level measurement of water and liquid mediums. The signal processing of sensor signal is done by digital electronics with 16-bit analog digital converter. Consequently it is possible to conduct an active compensation of sensor intrinsic deviations from normal condions like nonlinearity and thermal error. In order to facilitate stock-keeping and maintenance the transmitter body is plugged to the cable assembly with a connector and can be changed easily.
