External casing components for urban buses and longdistance coaches For many years, we have been developing casing components for the exterior of buses and railway vehicles here at TC. One advantage of GRP profiles is that we can produce different component lengths based on just one tool. This increases flexibility in design. The components are based on a profile made of glass fibrereinforced plastic, which we process in our CNCcontrolled milling machines to produce precisioncut parts for e.g. wheel arches, indicators and maintenance covers. We can also install reinforcements or addon parts at the same time if required.

In addition to loads with rightangled edges, there are also transportable goods with different geometry. These include loads with projecting spines and with sharp or jagged external contours such as gearwheels, turbine blades, etc. These edges are not addressable using normal approaches. The secuwave protective sleeve was developed for components with extremely critical edges. secuwave increases the deflection radius. The „sharp edge“ has no contact with the protective sleeve and thus cannot cut it.

Silicone rubber ALWA SIL SH 22 and SH 33 are silicone impression materials. These materials have extremely high mechanical values. In addition, they are very fast to handle and very easy to handle as well. The two-component silicone rubbers cure at room temperature. After mixing the two components, a low viscosity liquid develops, which crosslinks to a resistant and rubber elastic material. During the crosslinking, no exothermic heat is developed. When 1 – 3 % thixotropic agent is added per component, a spreadable mixture is obtained. In our product portfolio for cleaning with ionized air you will discover systems and products for many industrial sectors. Ion blower technology is characterized by much higher ionization power and a larger ionization range. Ion blower pistols shine in manual applications with a fixed installation of the ion blower nozzles and ion blower nozzle carriers. The compact design and high efficiency enable a wide range of applications. Electrostatic charges occurring during production processes often cause severe disruptions, reducing production speed and product quality. The R55 ion blower head and the PR55 ion blower pistol are both components of the newly developed discharging system with ultimate depth effect; the blower head for fixed installation and the blower pistol for manual and mobile use.

To conform to market requirements, widely differing machines for painting/coating mouldings, window parts and other profile components were developed. The type and number of guns depends both on the paint system and on the quality envisaged. Air, Airmix or Airless spraying systems can be used for this purpose. The individual machine types can be configured with all conveyor systems of our portfolio and combined with the respective drying systems. The difference between the VEN SPRAY MOULD (LT) and (LW) variants is their type of extraction. LT stands for dry extraction, LW for water-backed extraction. VEN SPRAY MOULD COOLAC is exclusively designed for processing water-based paints. The overspray is constantly collected and condensed in chilled collector systems. The condensation of the controlled air humidity keeps the collector devices and chilled conveyor systems permanently wet. This reliably prevents paint particles from drying during operation. The strip painting plants can be supplemented by further Venjakob plant technologies specifically tailored to the process such as brush sanding/denibbing machines, dryers or conveying equipment.
