Available in the following styles: - toothed - welded - straightened and tensioned - swaged - set - stellite tipped Steel Qualities: - CR-100 swedish - CR-200 extra - CR-300 special - CR-400 PREMIUM - CR-400 Xtreme Coils: Available in both coils (10mm - 311mm) or finished saws (50mm - 311mm), bandsaw blades can be produced as single-sided or double-sided. Blades are also available with variable pitched teeth or with winter teeth.

Personnel-intensive set-up times and machine downtimes are avoided.

This material group comprises C-steel with low carbon content, good formability and fineblanking quality. Due to case hardening, the components have low-wear surface layers with high hardness and sufficient toughness in the core. They thus combine numerous properties and application possibilities in a wide variety of industries. To increase the wear resistance, you can also carburize or carbonitrate partial areas.
