The high flexibility and ageing resistance are good reasons for these materials. Silicone fabrics have not been able to gain much traction due to their poor processability and often insufficient fire rating. STRONG GLASS SILICON A2 has been completely redesigned chemically and physically. This has enabled many problems of the past to be overcome. STRONG GLASS SILICON A 2 contains an extremely stable fabric for particularly robust applications. In addition to the very high tensile strength of 4,100 and 6,500 N/5 cm, it impresses with its high puncture resistance . The fact that it is almost completely resistant to bending makes a real difference. The glass fabric is almost as resistant as a tarpaulin! This makes the material ideal for a wide range of applications in industry and architecture .

A real difference is that the non-flammable tarpaulin is now almost as resistant to bending . The glass fabric is almost as insensitiveas a tarpaulin ! This makes the material ideal for a wide range of applications in industry and architecture . The coating can be supplied in colour or transparent . The viewer sees a naturally diffuse light , especially in the transparent version . This makes the fabric suitable for lighting in buildings.
