KEIPER timing belt clamping plates can be made of many different materials, e.g. aluminum, steel or stainless steel. Keiper can produce them in all pitches and designed according to your specifications and drawings. This means that you will receive the optimal solution for the intended application and load. Our timing belt clamping plates work together optimally with our extensive and complete range of timing belts: in other words, a perfectly matched system for your requirements. We also have a large number of standard aluminum clamping plates on stock, which can be reworked according to your specifications (e.g. bores and mechanical processing based on drawings). Furthermore, such special surface coatings as hard coating, anodizing, zinc coating or bronzing improve the corrosion and wear resistance.

Kullen-Koti roller brushes 302 are indeed unique and easy-to-handle: you only purchase the roller brush core once and easily refill it yourself with the corresponding strip brushes after wear. And besides, it is a very economical brush system. The ruged construction allows problem-free operation also in adverse conditions. Roller brushes type 302 consit of a tubular steel or stainless steel core and exchangeable strip brushes which are mounted in axial direction around the circumference. The brush core can be supplied either with journals or with arbor hole for mounting on the existing primary shaft. With the roller brush type 302 (mS) the strip brushes are fixed in side flanges. With type 302 (oS) the strip brushes are fixed directly on the tubular core with clamping plates. Four new models for even more flexibility The product family of aluminium Solid Clamp tube connectors has a new addition: size 30 base clamps, sleeve clamps and hinge clamps are now also available for delivery with integrated ball joint. A sleeve clamp with double ball also adds to the range. The ball joints are designed for loads of up to 40 Nm (static). Connected applications can be pivoted freely by 60° and rotated freely by 360°. This way, the new tube connectors with ball joint provide a significantly higher degree of freedom for construction than conventional hinged connectors. An appropriate surface coating on the ball joint makes for a high-strength clamping connection. The clamps feature a universal connecting plate for flexible integration. Whether lathe or machining center Complete machining made easy: You cannot only use our MANDO and MAXXOS segmented mandrels on the lathe, you can also use them in stationary mode. Simply screw the mandrel onto the ms dock [manually actuated] or hs dock [hydraulically actuated] and you can clamp your workpiece from the inside, stationary mode. Precise, without vibration and with minimum set-up effort. The extremely wear-resistant segmented clamping bushing of case-hardened chromium-nickel-steel with the rubber between the segments, especially developed by HAINBUCH, makes it possible. Manual actuating unit ms dock The hand-actuated ms dock in conjunction with stationary MANDO and MAXXOS segmented mandrels is ideal for machining centers, measuring machines, radial drill presses, parallel and angle plate clamping or for clamping on dividing heads. The version ms dock rotating can be used on turning and grinding machines until RPM 1/min.

Permanent magnetic chucks type PMNEO are super strong, compact plates for heavy cutting. Parts from about 30x15x6mm can be stretched with max. achievable holding forces. Good holding forces can be achieved even on rough surfaces. Optional pole blocks can be built on the PMNEO. This allows turning up the workpiece so that all sides are freely accessible, can be drilled on the magnetic clamping plate and leaves more space for accumulating chips around the component. This allows long-running HSC milling-pieces never sink into the resulting chips. The chipboard is activated via a removable hex shifter. The PMNEO magnetic clamping plate, in 48mm height, is prepared to integrate reference elements directly into the magnetic chuck, so that no additional spectrum is required underneath the magnet.

FXL Magnetic Clamping TechnologyThe FXL square pole technology is the result of over 20 years of experience in magnetic clamping technology and combines solutions to the most common customer requirements in the highest quality design. Magnetic poles, fed by Alnico and NDFeB magnets, are anchored in a solid, super-stiff monobloc body by means of a tool steel insert with M8 internal thread. The back of the clamping plate remains flat and can be drilled in at all points - for example, for inserting a zero-point clamping system. For this purpose, the magnet system is coated with highperformance resin in a multi-stage process, which has a high mechanical strength and ensures absolute tightness and perfect electrical insulation. FXL magnetic clamping plates can be controlled with our FXL-C control units or with almost all control units from other leading manufacturers.

The MCF control units are designed to operate electro-permanent magnet modules. It is available both as a single board for installation in the customer's existing control cabinets and as an IP 54 control cabinet solution. In addition to the FXE lifting magnet modules, other electro-permanent magnet components such as magnet clamping plates or magnet clamping blocks can also be controlled with the MCF, both as a single system (ALNICO) and as a double system (ALNICO/ND). The MCF can be controlled via a machine control, radio remote control, manual pushbutton or other potential-free contacts.

FXL magnetic clamping blocks are available in many sizes and designs. They can be manufactured with one or more clamping surfaces and different pole sizes. As with the FXL magnetic clamping plates, they are controlled by an FXL-C control unit; optionally with only one channel or also with several channels in order to be able to control the individual clamping surfaces of a block separately.
