Step by step: From taking the test sample up to the large-scale regeneration of your catalysts Stept 1: Sample taking Let us know when a sample can be taken from the SCR reactor. We will gladly do this for you. Step 2: Analysis Why is the catalyst no longer active? By an analysis of the catalyst sample we get a general overview about the chemical condition of the catalytyst. Step 3: Diagnosis By evaluation of the chemical analysis we find out the cause of the inactivation and determine the necessary regenerations steps. Step 4: Test Regeneration / Measurement Regenerations are executed under laboratory conditions to determine the ideal regeneration procedure. Activity (k) and SO2/SO3 conversion rate will be measured after this in the bench scale. Guarantees The results of the test regeneration are the basis for the guarantee values, which are part of a regeneration offer.

Visually inspect and chemically analyze in a single work step with your DM6 M LIBS materials analysis solution. The integrated laser spectroscopy function delivers the chemical composition of the microstructure that you see in the microscope image – within a second. Speed up your workflow. The LIBS module turns a Leica optical microscope into a 1-step solution that combines visual inspection and chemical analysis right at your workspace. Determine the composition of what you have visually identified within seconds. Use LIBS to perform advanced material analysis 90% faster compared to inspection with SEM/EDS. Surface contamination or coatings can also be easily removed. Chemical mapping and micro-drilling are further analytical steps.

The radiometric gauges from Vollmer operate contact-free and measure from a safe distance. They are characterised by their extremely narrow design: With some systems the C-frame is only 120 mm wide. The X-ray systems from Vollmer have digital detectors which give them extremely low noise values. Vollmer supplies the systems with high-quality ceramic tubes and the necessary cooler. The isotope systems also have digital detectors. A particular feature of the Vollmer systems is that the radiation source is located in a special tungsten drawer that can be easily removed from the gauge. Alloy compensation is made either in the classic manner using calibration plates or alternatively at the computer according to the customer's chemical alloy analysis or simply with a small contact thickness gauge that measures the absolute thickness at the start of the pass and transmits this value to the radiometric thickness gauge.
