This machine offers high-efficient removal of production-related elastomer residues on metal and thermo/duroplatstic parts – without using chemicals. With its small footprint, the compact machine can be integrated into the production line easily. This saves temporary storage or extra transports and finally corresponding time loss and costs. The T10 is, like any of our machines, designed for high performance at low consumption of nitrogen and electric energy. The machine is especially designed for smaller batch needs. This machine will be manufactured individually in accordance to the costomer needs!

Our patented material is highly suitable to produce foam moulds and RTM pressure injection moulds. Advantages: • Large volumes of more than 2500 kg can be cast in less than 45 min. • Good castability • Hardly measurable linear shrinkage • High temperature resistance • Demoulding process after approx. 90 min. (after adding the last backfilling compound) • Chemical adhesion to polyester or vinylester gelcoat • Immediately after the first mould half has cooled down, the second mould half can be prepared • Copper pipes keep the mould surface on a nearly constant temperature • Post-curing is not necessary ALWA MOULD D backfilling compounds are the fastest system on the market. For the surface you can chose between two gelcoats: 1) ALWA MOULD COAT This is a vinylester gelcoat that is especially suitable for high-end surfaces. It can be polished to high-gloss. 2) ALWA EPF 10 This is an epoxy gelcoat that is easy-to-use and is recommended for parts, where high-gloss surfaces are not needed

In order to avoid chemical reactions such as curing or crystallization during the dosing process, any contact with metal in the area in contact with the material in the dispenser was avoided. The materials used have been carefully selected: On the one hand with regard to chemical resistance to adhesives and other fluids and on the other hand with regard to highest resistance to physical wear by abrasive media. Highly reactive materials such as sulfuric acid, anaerobic UV curing acrylates and electrolytes require special treatment. They can be dosed with highest accuracy and best repeatability. The new metal-free dispenser can be easily installed on existing ViscoTec drive technologies and offers the same advantages as other proven dispensers from the portfolio of the dosing technology specialist. The metal-free dispenser is available in many sizes.

Quick-setting, high chemical resistance, high adhesive power on a lot of different materials - these are features, that guarantee a fast fitting of glass and other materials. We offer you a set of a small UV-flashlight and glue, which makes it possible to make fast and quick bondings.

The SC1 in blue Chemprotex™ 300 material is a single use Type 3, Type 4 & Type 5 splash contamination suit designed for use with breathing apparatus worn outside the suit or with a face mask and filter. The garment is CE certified to EN14605:2005+A1:2009, EN13982-1:2004+A1:2010, EN14126:2003, EN1073-2:2002 and EN1149-5:2008 and is intended for use in areas that are not immediately dangerous to life or health.
