Its sCMOS sensors deliver CCD image quality with CMOS speed over a USB3 interface with Type-C connection and power delivery protocol. The compact housings come with Peltier cooling for sensor temperatures down to -25 °C. Photon starved applications will love the simplicity of getting a cooled camera up and running with little fuss. Imaging the very large (astronomy) to the very small (microscopy), our scientific cameras have you covered. Reaching a resolution of 15.1 Mpix (5,056 x 2,968 pixels) and up to 17 fps pixels.

Leveraging our expertise in camera design, we couple state-of-the-art image sensors with various types of fiber optics plates and scintillators to create high-resolution X-ray imagers for tomography applications (micro-CT). Different fields of view are defined by the sensor and fiber optics choice, while the type of scintillator defines the usable energy levels based on the sampled materials. With regard to these properties, the cameras will be designed and manufactured to your specific requirements. In addition, customizations cover parts like the interface, housing design, and cooling capabilities.

Featuring one of the largest sCMOS sensors available today, the Gpixel GSENSE6060 with 37.7 million 10 μm pixels and a 60 × 60 mm optical format. The MX377 camera delivers scientific imaging capabilities with high dynamic range and low noise – at high speed. Front- and backside illuminated versions are available that reach a quantum efficiency of up to 95%. The low noise performance is attributed to the sensor design and the Peltier elements with fan or liquid cooling backends. he xiB-64 camera series with 64 Gbit/s is the host for the fastest image sensors out there. It features lower resolution high-speed sensors (2 Mpix at 2500 Fps) all the way to ultra high-res sensors with unmatched framerates (65 Mpix at 72 Fps). All models can be equipped with an active lens mount and long fiber optical cables.

Engineered for the smallest possible volume and weight, made with an advanced high-density manufac turing and assembly process. The xiMU cameras are the smallest cameras in our portfolio and even in the world of industrial cameras. The sensor options include 5 Mpix, and 18 Mpix with a USB3 interface.

The xiB cameras stream images to the host computer via 4 lanes on a PCI Express Gen2 bus, boasting an impressive 20 Gbit/s of bandwidth. Together with minimal latencies the CPU load, the PCIe technology is ideal for high resolution CMOS sensors. The cameras are compactly housed in 60 x 60 x 38 mm, can be fully synchronized with their multiple GPIOs and offer an active Canon EF-Mount. All properties are extremely useful in multi-camera applications like 360 panoramas. In situations where multiple camera heads need to be placed in close proximity, system integrators can combine and aggregate the data streams from cameras with various resolutions via additional accessories.

The xiX- Series is the integrators dream. With only 26.4 x 26.4 x 31 mm and 30 grams it is the smallest camera featuring Sony Pregius™. The fast CMOS sensor offers a high range of High Speed and high frame rates from 2.3 Mpix at 166 Fps to 50 Mpix at 33 Fps. The xiX cameras stream images to the host computer via 2 or 4 lanes on a OCI Express Gen2 bus. Together with minimal latencies and CPU load, the cameras are a perfect fit for embedded vision and multi-camera applications. Thanks to flat flex cabling, the board-level and semi-housed variants allow integration in tight spaces and close proximity between cameras.

The xiMU is an exceptional USB2.0 device. It’s a complete, industrial grade 5 Mpix camera weighing just 3.4 grams including a full metal housing and as such it is the smallest available. It comes with a highly useful features for medical and industrial environments like GPIO and GenICam support. This camera always comes into play when size and mass are deciding factors.

Optical inspection with the new stand-alone camera system allows for inexpensive and flexible testing of several production processes. Inspection with the high definition system camera (18/42 megapixels) is controlled and analyzed by a Microsoft Windows-based computer running the professional modus AOI-software. Characteristics Single system for the inspection of objects within an offline application (One Piece Flow). Combination of various inspection tasks such as SMD-THT-UV, bond inspection as well as laser solder inspection. The almost maintenance-free modusAOI MCS18/42-Inline was specially developed for transport conveyor modules in production lines. Existing lines can easily be retrofifitted with this system. The small, cost effective system comes with a 18 or 42 megapixels camera, control unit, modus software and led lighting inclusive controller. Characteristics: Single system for inspection of printed circuit boards from the top side. The xiD series is based on the most advanced Sony CCD sensor (available till 2025). As CCDs, they boast high sensitivity and 14 bit dynamic range. The cameras have excellent passive cooling properties, great performance and allow USB bus powering.
