GLOBALFLEX®-SOFT is very ductile and is very easy to handle due to the improved talcum effect. The outer sheath is lead-free and offers contitional abrasion as well as conditional oil and UV-resistance.

Used as control cables and supply lines in machine engineering, plant engineering, enameling lines, power stations, air conditioning, cool systems, office machines and data precessing systems. Mainly suitable for dry, damp or wet interiors, especially in industrial environments at medium mechanical stress. Outdoor use with UV-protection only and in observance of the temperature ranges. Suitable for free, not continously returning movement without tensile stress or compulsory guidance as well as for fixed laying. GLOBALFLEX®-COLD is mainly used for cold-flexible applications due to cold-resistance up to -30°C.

The SKDS hinged edgeprotector is a massive edge protector for cable grummets. The edgeprotector flexibly adapts to the load, increasing the radius over critical edges and distributing the lifting forces over a larger area. The cable and load are equally protected. It is available in two versions, featuring either a steel or aluminium hinge.

This miniature force sensor was optimised with respect to its height and is, at only 3.4 mm, the lowest known sensor with strain gage technology. Hardly higher than the diameter of its connection cable, it can also be housed in conditions where space is limited. Along with its minimal geometry, the force sensor is also particularly light. It has a high resonance frequency to follow quickly changing load alternations. Despite its extreme miniaturisation, in its application it remains completely robust and suitable for industry, not only with regard to the highly flexible cable connections or the full welding of sensors for the measurement ranges ≥ 0 … 10 N. The miniature compression force sensors are flat, cylindrical discs with covered bottoms. The central load application button for taking on compression forces is an integrated part of the top, which is the sensor‘s membrane.

The compact DTD inductive sensor system consists of a gauge with a plunger guided by a plain bearing and a controller, which are connected to each other with a 3 m long cable. The controller has a diameter of just 18 mm and the 3m-long cable enables flexible installation. The DTD sensor system is based on an established LVDT measuring method. It impresses with outstanding precision and provides high signal stability and resolutions down to the micrometer range. Thanks to its high temperature stability, resistance to shock and vibration, and insensitivity to dirt, the induSENSOR DTD is ideal for industrial measurement tasks. Modern fieldbuses such as Ethernet, PROFINET or EtherCAT are supported via optionally available interface modules.

With a force of 15,000 N and the tried-and-tested brushless motor, the FireBird® Pro CAS is powerful and fast when setting blind rivet nuts of up to M8 steel. Since no wear-prone brushes are used, the motor has an extremely long service life, is virtually non-wearing and reliably guarantees the fastest setting frequencies. The setting tool is controlled solely by the setting force adjustment. The thread of the blind rivet nut is therefore optimally protected while ensuring the blind rivet nut is securely anchored in the material. The HP-120i is a high-intensity short arc light source for quick UV spot curing within seconds. As a microprocessor controlled spotlight source with light guide, HP-120i is a reliable and economical „cold“ light source for irradiation with high-intensity UV-A radiation and blue light.
