The Riedel CCP-1116 is a commentary unit for two commentators with integrated intercom functionality. The device provides up to two commentary positions with high-quality mic preamps and all the intercom features known from Riedel Digital Matrix Intercom systems. Combined in one compact device and cabled via one single CAT5 or COAX cable, the CCP-1116 reduces cabling effort, set-up time and points of failure. In addition the CCP-1116 provides a clearly arranged user interface with improved functionality at the commentary position including programmable buttons for communications and GPIOs as well as remote control of the commentary panel. In the case of failure within the system - e.g. loss of the cable connection in between a CCP-1116 and the matrix – the stand- alone/emergency mode will be established without a loss of signal. ON AIR and MIC DIRECT OUT audio signals are available separately, and A/B combined at XLR outputs of the CCP-1116. AUX IN XLR inputs feed the Phones...

TEXTALU® E is a thin wall glass fibre braid made of glass fibres with heat-reflecting aluminium coating. Its reflecting surface guarantees that the protective sleeve made of this high-performance material maintains a nearly constant interior temperature even under strongly fluctuating ambient temperatures. This non-ductile braid sleeve is ideal for protecting lines, cables and cable sets against radiation heat.

With a force of 15,000 N and the tried-and-tested brushless motor, the FireBird® Pro CAS is powerful and fast when setting blind rivet nuts of up to M8 steel. Since no wear-prone brushes are used, the motor has an extremely long service life, is virtually non-wearing and reliably guarantees the fastest setting frequencies. The setting tool is controlled solely by the setting force adjustment. The thread of the blind rivet nut is therefore optimally protected while ensuring the blind rivet nut is securely anchored in the material. With the 18-volt battery power supply, the tool is suitable for flexible, cordless use on construction sites and in industrial manufacturing. The mechanism for triggering the riveting process is functionally separated from the drilling process and, once the riveting process is complete, the FireBird® Pro CAS provides an automatic drilling function. The high tensile strength, low weight per unit area, a high degree of flexibility and good electrical properties are important criteria for the selection of the film set in the cable production.The permanently constant physical and chemical values of the polyester films, as well as the tight tolerances in the film thicknesses allow the use of POLIFIBRA products even in very demanding end-products in data and power cable area. The polyester film is a transparent, flexible film with excellent mechanical properties. The electrical properties of polyester films are very good, so they come in the field of data and communication cable with a thickness of usually 12µ - 50µ for use.
