Even when securing the load, the wire cable must be protected from the “sharp edge“. Highvalue loads may not be damaged by wire cables. The secutex simple edgeprotector SKDE is easily pushed over the backside of the mounting slit and over the wire cable. It is affixed and can no longer be detached. The edgeprotector is simple and versatile. The corner protector has a low deadweight and is quick and easy to handle thanks to the flexible textile reinforcement.

By means of a hinge, the edge protector SKD can be optimally suited to any load geometry. The edge protector can be quickly secured to the edge of the wire cable by means of mounting slits. The wire cable slides through the secutex clip which remains on the lashing belt despite collisions.

The SKDS hinged edgeprotector is a massive edge protector for cable grummets. The edgeprotector flexibly adapts to the load, increasing the radius over critical edges and distributing the lifting forces over a larger area. The cable and load are equally protected. It is available in two versions, featuring either a steel or aluminium hinge.

profiPLUS 70 offers more room for further control lines than the smaller profiPLUS 50 system. At the same time, the system's bearing strength increases significantly. In addition to the many advantages of profiPLUS 50, such as couplings with pre-mounted support profiles, continuous equipotential bondings, integrated cable protectors, and much more, an additional reducer adapter for connecting to the profiPLUS 50 system offers the possibility of connecting to the panels of leading manufacturers such as Siemens, B&R, CRE Rösler and Beckhoff.

The principle of profilPLUS allows for time-saving assembly. For this, ROLEC designers have come up with "one-screw adjustment". Suitable adapters for existing connections to panels from leading manufacturers such as Siemens, B&R, CRE Rösler and Beckhoff have also been designed. All system couplings have also been pre-fitted with a support profile as standard, saving time. The ducts in the interior of the system provide space for multiple cables such as e.g. HDMI, DVI or a network adapter. Cable protectors are integrated into all rotating system elements as standard. The integrated equipotential bonding protects humans and machinery. A set screw system in the joints serves to adjust to any pivoting range in 30° steps. For larger loads, a reducer adapter also enables connection of profiPLUS 50 to the larger profiPLUS 70 system.
