Owing to the fact the the TFV 10 S model is crafted of literally indestructible polythene, it is extremely easy to operate and lightweight yet it is rigid enough to withstand the wear and tear of daily use. Adding to this, it consists of parts that are all crafted from metal, which not only assures that the turbo fans are purposed to cater to the challenges that are daily put forward on them, but also proves that they are built for long service life. The TFV 10 S can perform at several angles such as 0°, 45°, 90°, which shows that the turbo fans are are extremely versatile and hence are perfectly suited for requirements such as plaster, screed, cavity drying, carpet, maintenance cleaning, floor drying, ventilation of seep surfaces in office spaces, bowling alleys and gyms, ceiling and wall drying and particularly wooden beams.

This new addition to our product line is a compact heat exchanger made from high-alloyed stainless steel and can handle temperatures up to 550°C. Its compact and modular design makes it extremely versatile and easy to service. Our exhaust gas heat exchanger is designed to recover heat from exhaust gas produced for example by combustion engines used in combined heat and power plants. The heat exchanger transfers the heat from the exhaust gas to a liquid (water or water-glycol solutions). When heated up, this liquid can be used in central heating systems; for preheating air in the combustion chambers of furnaces and turbines; to dry coal, pulp, wood and other materials as well as for generating electricity with a Rankine process.

UV radiation dryers are particularly suitable for UV-hardening paints. Ultraviolet drying process UV drying is a polymerisation process which is triggered by UV light. The process is primarily used for drying flat substrates, wood and furniture paints, overprint varnish on paper, printing inks etc. The process is environmentally compatible and of a particularly high quality. UV paint would never dry without UV light.

Various heater types available, eciency and robustness characterise directly heated drum dryers by Büttner. A ash tube may be used for pre-drying and oversize separation of material that is quite moist. Material separation via cyclones or drop boxes Function The material to be dried is admitted through an air-tight rotary air lock into a rotating single-pass drum dryer. The dryer drum can be tted with specic internal ights to suit the material to be dried. This results in an increase in surface area and thus an increase in eciency

Büttner's fash-tube dryers are most versatile and extremely ecient. The dryer systems are used for drying material having high levels of surface moisture or a specic surface area. They are, for example, used to pre-dry wood akes before they are conveyed into drum dryers. Flash tube dryers are also used as the principal dryers for drying bres to be used in MDF production.
