The heavy duty draw cable holds the weight of the system. Intensive tests in the igus® laboratory have proven the extraordinary load bearing capacity of the offshore chain.

The round SEAMLESS tubes are hot rolled and satisfy both the requirements of the norm EN 10210 for structural applications and EN 10297-1 for mechanical applications. These steel tubes are fully killed and are suitable for structural applications but with the possibility to reach up to 100 mm w.t., which is impossible for welded tubes. These tubes are used for the manufacture of various kinds of construction components, above all where heavy wall thickness are required. In addition, KOPP offers you electrically conductive, static-dissipative and flame-retardant PE qualities. This program is rounded off by high-quality EVA and a unique EPDM-PE blend. The material cellular polyethylene All of our cellular polyethylene qualities combine the positive properties of a plastic: high aging resistance, high chemical resistance, low emission values, exceptionally uniform density, they are odor-free and can be thermoformed.
