Light, spherical, mineral and ferrite-free glass beads blasting abrasive WIWOX® GP. Ideal for bright, matt-gloss surfaces. The area of application ranges from the cleaning of delicate tools to the deburring of precision parts through to the finishing of precious and non-ferrous metals.

WIWOX® MT micro blasters are used for precise blasting with blasting nozzles from 0.4 – 1.8 mm. Surfaces can be smoothed, matted, deburred or cleaned. All mineral media, e.g. glass beads, broken glass, corundum, silicon carbide in the grain size range from 0 to 300 mμ serve as blasting media. The abrasive is used only once. The blasted surface is reproducible. Only a compressed air connection is required to operate the equipment. Micro-Tip fine blast units are suitable as portable free blast units or in combination with a blast cabinet. Micro-Tip fine blasting technology is available as a pressure or injector process. All units are equipped with foot pedal, pressure regulator, manometer and carbide nozzles.

WIWOX PeenPearl® are the new mineral abrasives with the perfect spherical shape. It consists of aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) in combination with a high content of titanium dioxide (TiO₂). Its texture is exceptionally dense and resistant to breakage. Other mineral blasting material, such as glass-beads are indirection lifetime exceeded many times over. According low is the dust in a blasting room as well as the volume of waste for disposal. WIWOX PeenPearl® produces extremely smooth, shiny surfaces, ideal for the visual appearance of high-quality components. By the uniform compaction can functional Surfaces to be improved in their properties (Shot-Peening effect). The contained iron oxide (TiO₂) is completely crystalline bound.
