The round tubes are manufactured from a coil that is bent and electric resistance welded (ERW). The forming process can be according to EN 10210, which foresees hot forming or cold forming followed by heat treatment, or according to EN 10219, which foresees cold forming without following heat treatments. The finished product is fully killed and welding seam bead is inside and outside trimmed. These products are used to manufacture both welded and bolted structures, in the field of constructions, engineering, industrial constructions, transports, automotive, agricultural machinery and earth moving machinery. The cold finished tubes are particularly suitable for structures at sight or for aesthetical uses, thanks to the surface aspect typical of cold forming. The standard presses are designed as bolted, welded structures. The machine feet, head and sides are manufactured with high precision and fastened with fitting keys. The ram is guided via prisms and can be easily readjusted. It can alternatively be column-guided.

The separation principle is based on centrifugal force, which is produced by the tangential injection of the raw air. Product description A cyclone essentially consists of three parts: the intake cylinder, the cone and the immersion tube. The cleaned air leaves the cone in an upward direction via the central immersion tube. Cyclones are usually welded sheet steel structures. Cellular wheel sluices or, in individual cases, double-gate sluices are used for the pressureless discharge of the material. In order to increase the cyclone effect, or the degree of separation, counter-spirals with a pipe connection can be placed on top of the immersion tube. Further options are, for example, wearing devices, explosion pressure relief devices, control flaps, level monitoring devices and manufacturing in stainless steel or galvanised sheet steel.

EXTREMELY GENTLE PROCESSINGRotating barrels offer a cost-effective and technically ideal solution, particularly when processing small parts in medium batches. This helps you get fine surfaces with neatly rounded workpiece edges, thanks also to the relatively long processing times. Trowal rotating barrels are also excellent for fine finishing and polishing. SOPHISTICATED TECHNOLOGY The barrel body is an octagonal, welded, biconal structure. It generates a triple sliding action in the mass of abrasive media with the workpieces to be processed. The lining consists of tear-proof rubber or PU, with the tight-sealing safety cover made of polyurethane. BARREL BODY WITH LIFTING AND LOWERING DEVICE The automatic lifting and lowering device lets you quickly feed and empty the barrel body. This is a major advantage, especially when processing times are short and when you are operating multiple rotating barrels.
