Their clamping elements are available for shaft diameters of 50 to 340 mm and ensure maximum holding forces. The clamp is immediately applied by the diaphragm and spring-plate system when pressure is lost. Pneumatic quick-switch valves reduce the reaction times. The costs are low in comparison with hydraulic clamping systems. Their performance is, however, achieved or exceeded despite the compact and easy to assemble design. Special versions for YRT bearings as well as active clamping elements are additionally available. ACE recommends the use of the optional shaft flange as wear protection. The clamping force can be increased considerably by the use of the additional air function.

A wide variety of very individual construction options are made possible with Vulkollan® coated components. Connections between Vulkollan® and metal can be easily created after the metal component has been pretreated. During this pretreatment, the surface of the component is cleaned and degreased using a sandblasting process. An optimal bond is then guaranteed by applying an adhesion promoter. The metal component (e.g. steel, aluminum, cast) takes on the function of the stable supporting body. The Vulkollan® coating meets high-performance requirements in terms of wear protection, damping and noise reduction. Our self-aligning ball bearings are characterised by their high load capacity and long service life. The KIS range includes both open and sealed self-aligning ball bearings, depending on the requirement. They are particularly suitable for applications with high demands on load performance and wear protection and are used, for example, in industrial machinery, wind turbines and conveyor technology. With low maintenance requirements, they offer long-lasting wear protection. Two rows of balls, two deep raceways in the inner ring and a hollow ball raceway in the outer ring combined for both rows characterise the design of self-aligning ball bearings. Due to the spherical raceway in the outer ring, self-aligning ball bearings are insensitive to misalignments of the shaft to the housing, compensating for static and dynamic angular errors within certain angular limits in a rotating shaft system. The disk pelletizers are used for the agglomeration of powdery primary and secondary materials such as filter dust. The primary area of application is the agglomeration of iron ore concentrate to form pellets with a target size of 9 to 16 mm. Inside the inclined cylindrical rotating container, a powdery input material is formed with or without the addition of an evaporated liquid binding agent.
