The storage and retrieval vehicle is used for storing ULDs in racking. Equipped with a lift, the Elevating Transfer Vehicle transports ULDs vertically and horizontally at the same time. It is guided by rails which also supply the power needed. The transfer vehicle is used for transporting cargo horizontally on a single level. The individual loading units are moved on and off the racking by interconnecting the integrated roller conveyor with external roller decks. As well as transporting ULDs which take up the entire surface of the roller deck, it is possible to transfer two containers simultaneously. Cost-efficient transport between floors The vehicle lift CARRICO is an interesting alternative to the TRAFFICO when lower lifting heights and less frequent use are needed. The CARRICO has been type-tested in accordance with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The conveying speed is limited to 0.15 m/s. Furthermore, this car lift is delivered with automatic sliding doors and cabin equipment designed for the transport of vehicles and passengers. Palletless automated car parking system CUBILE Palletless technology The palletless fully automated car parking system CUBILE is a perfect solution for creating from 50 to over 1000 parking spaces. As no pallets are used for transporting cars, the system is very fast and efficient. Drivers park their car at ground level in one of the entrance cabins and receive a parking ticket. The cabin is the only interface between the driver and the car park. From this point everything is automatic. The cabin’s rolling gate closes and the car is transported below ground in a lift before it is collected by one of horizontal transfer vehicles and brought to a free parking space. In the palletless parking system CUBILE, the Lödige Shifter does the heavy lifting. This is an ultra-flat robot that drives underneath the car and lifts it up at the wheels to take it from the lift to the transfer vehicle and transport it to the parking space.

The large maturing store is for storing and maturing the boards. The fully automated system with aisle vehicle and accompanying satellites is responsible for the stack transport. The aisle vehicle moves the stack in one direction and the satellites assume the task of transporting them into the rack aisles. The size depends on the required storage capacity and on local circumstances. The aisle vehicles are responsible for transfer movements, the satellites pick the stacks up or move them into the individual aisles.
