Lödige Industries has developed a ULD loading station designed to increase safety and efficiency levels while loading baggage into ULD containers. The design has been used at major airports like London Heathrow to facilitate and speed up baggage ULD loading and unloading. This inhouse Lödige product ensures the safe and effective handling of ULD’s during the transfer process on the apron. Ball units give a smooth and light transfer from/to the dollies, whilst the addition of pneumatically driven pads and stop pins ensure the ULD is safely held in position for loading and unloading. Energy column/energy bollard EST24 for outdoor use on a foundation created on site. The case is made of brushed stainless steel. The sockets are integrated in a plastic housing, protected with FI/LS and fully wired. The energy column can be locked with a profile half cylinder. The degree of protection of the electrical units is IP44. Optional interior lighting selectable. Other equipment variants on request.

The almost maintenance-free modusAOI MCS18/42-Inline was specially developed for transport conveyor modules in production lines. Existing lines can easily be retrofifitted with this system.
