For standard size tanks a reliable transportation can be ensured by our own trucks with mounted hydraulic cranes. Special transports with extra wide loads, overlengths and large component heights are possible with our cooperate partners. Due to the near domestic port, apparatus of larger dimensions can be transported to the desired destination by ship. Our services include route planning, inclusive of obtaining the required permits and the hoisting gear needed for loading and unloading heavy components.

For removing of stamping scrap the GSW Linear Parts Transporters are a much more durable solution over belt conveyors. With compact design, eight different sizes and a strong performance up to 100kg peak load they set a worldwide standard. However, for fast removal of good parts and some scraps, belt conveyors can offer a most suitable solution – especially if the parts are delicate and would suffer from bumping and dirt. That is why for such applications we do offer conveyors too.

One or several TWS take over products or complete load carriers such as pallets in the high-bay shelf storage area. The TRAPO Warehouse Lift (TWL) receives a TWS in order to store and retrieve in the storage lanes via a rail system at different levels. The TWS covers three metres per second at an acceleration rate of 1.5m/s² and completes the cycle of driving out, gripping and driving in in a maximum of three seconds.

Between the shelves of the high-bay storage are corridors in which the TWS function. The Senergy® motor-driven roller is a genuine innovation. It is the first roller with a brushless 24V motor to be fitted with a standard four-pin M8 connector. A patent is now pending on this new technology. It is the digital encoding of the hall-effect signals in the motor that enables signal transmission to the external commutation electronics.
