HIGH SPEED CONCRETE TRAVELLING BUCKETS ELKON high speed concrete travelling bucket is designed to deliver the concrete in the fastest way to the application point in the precast production. While the speed of normal concrete travelling buckets is 0,5 m/s, the speed of high-speed concrete travelling bucket is 2,5 m/s.

One or several TWS take over products or complete load carriers such as pallets in the high-bay shelf storage area. The TRAPO Warehouse Lift (TWL) receives a TWS in order to store and retrieve in the storage lanes via a rail system at different levels. The TWS covers three metres per second at an acceleration rate of 1.5m/s² and completes the cycle of driving out, gripping and driving in in a maximum of three seconds.

The TTS Series presents itself as highly flexible: TTS approaches conveyor lines and takes over individual loads or loads on load carriers, for example pallets. The particular advantage: TTS are flexibly adaptable to production processes. The variants and superstructures are geared to individual customer requirements: TTS are complemented by lift function, conveying systems or robot. Overall dimensions, energy transfer- and storage as well as drive and navigation can, on demand, be combined as desired.

For non-mechanized terminals, slave pallets are an essential tool for handling and transporting ULDs. The pallets are equipped with four rows of 16 non-powered rollers. There is a non-slip treadplate between the rollers that allows the pallet to be walked on. Slave pallets can be transported using powered conveyor systems or the Lödige Mini and Lödige Robby, as well as using our slave pallet mover. Palletless automated car parking system CUBILE Palletless technology The palletless fully automated car parking system CUBILE is a perfect solution for creating from 50 to over 1000 parking spaces. As no pallets are used for transporting cars, the system is very fast and efficient. Drivers park their car at ground level in one of the entrance cabins and receive a parking ticket. The cabin is the only interface between the driver and the car park. From this point everything is automatic. The cabin’s rolling gate closes and the car is transported below ground in a lift before it is collected by one of horizontal transfer vehicles and brought to a free parking space. In the palletless parking system CUBILE, the Lödige Shifter does the heavy lifting. This is an ultra-flat robot that drives underneath the car and lifts it up at the wheels to take it from the lift to the transfer vehicle and transport it to the parking space.

Sturdy and practical linear rails with radial ball bearing sliders. The X-Rail is a family of linear guides with radial ball bearing sliders for applications requiring cost efficiency and high resistance to corrosion. The linear guides with shaped raceways and the linear guides with flat raceways are available in stainless steel or galvanised or nitrided metal sheeting. With the T + U configuration, the X-Rail system can compensate for any axial misalignment in parallelism of the mounting surfaces.

Compact Rail Plus linear guides feature double row ball bearings for higher load capacities and rigid rails with convex raceways and new robust steel sliders with longitudinal protection and floating wipers, Compact Rail Plus has been designed for the most demanding applications in terms of high load capacities, high dynamics and work environment.
