Goods Only Lift with no pit requirement- SHERPA Efficient vertical transport of your goods The SHERPA goods only lift is our real all-rounder. It is an efficient and simple to plan solution for vertical transportation of goods in an industrial environment. In its standard configuration, the SHERPA has a load capacity of up to 3,000 kilograms and a lifting height of up to 18 meters (with two to six stopping points). The lift is delivered as a free-standing structure with sheet metal cladding. The required pit depth is very small and can be altogether avoided by choosing the ramp option. No building modifications are required. The lift can be easily integrated into existing building and rack systems. Thus, the installation is fast and easy. This goods only lift is a tailor-made lift. We work closely with our customers, extend our flexibility to design and offer fully customized cabin sizes.

MicroN is an 80G media distribution network device for Riedel’s MediorNet line of media transport and management solutions. Rippert offers its customer an ‘everything from one source solution’ here. The company’s own engineers develop coordinated solutions for the transport and handling of parts together with the customer. Simulation is thereby often the right tool for recognising the full potential of these possibilities. From frying pans to heavy workpieces from the wind power sector, Rippert has already ‘taken it all in hand’. We work on concepts in which industrial robots substitute or supplement the classic conveying equipment in coating plants. For handling tasks we often see the necessity for systems that work adaptively; this means that, for example, image processing systems must recognise the accurate position of parts in two and even three-dimensions so that a robot can pick up inaccurately positioned parts.

Our ball transfer units enable you to easily move, rotate and control your conveyed goods. The ball transfer units are constructed so that a very smooth run is possible in all directions, even when moving heavy loads (depending on the version). In a configuration where the ball transfer units are offset from the vertical with overhead mounting, it is possible to achieve a reduction in the load-carrying capacity of up to 50%. Many of our ball transfer units are low-maintenance and feature an oil-soaked felt seal against contamination. Machine pump back stations are the ideal solution for the transport of swarf and coolant (oil or emulsion). They are easy to retrofit nearly, to all types of machine tools. Crushers must be added at those machines producing long swarf. High pressure systems can be added easily.
