ELKON Mobile Master-150 ELEPHANT Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is not only the highest capacity of ELKON Mobil Master Series but also the highest capacity mobile concrete batching plant in the world within this concept (the main unit is pulled and transported by only 1 truck trailer). ELKON Mobile Master-150 ELEPHANT Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 6750/4500 l. twin shaft mixer and reaches 150 m3/h vibrated concrete production capacity. ELKON horizontal cement silos are preferred in cases where the silo location is planned to be changed frequently or in projects with height restrictions. In horizontal cement silos designed by experienced engineers of ELKON, materials with similar properties such as cement, lime, fly ash, sand etc. can be stored. Horizontal cement silos are used by placing them on the ground without the need for any foundation and ground connection, and when they need to be transported, they can be loaded and transported on the truck without the need for a crane in a very short time by means of adjustable telescopic legs. 40 and 70 ton capacity models are used both for storage and dosing. These silos with heavy-duty structures have been designed for both sea and land transportation. With axle and tyres which are presented optionally, the silo can be easily towed to the desired location on its own structure.

ELKON Mobil Master-135 JAGUAR Mobile Concrete Batching Plant provides high production capacity along with all the advantages of a mobile concrete batching plant. It has 110 m3/h vibrated concrete production capacity with 4500/3000 l. twin shaft mixer. Besides 4x22,5 m³ capacity square type aggregate bin, 4x20 m³ capacity linear type aggregate bin option is also available which is equipped with axles and tires. Mobile Master-30 EAGLE Mobile Concrete Batching Plant which is the smallest capacity concrete plant of ELKON Mobile Concrete Batching Plant Series can be equipped with either 750/500 l. pan mixer or 750/500 l. single shaft mixer and provides 30 m³/h vibrated concrete production capacity. ELKON Mobile Master-30 EAGLE is designed on a mono-block chassis on which all the components take place. Let’s state facts: we use top-quality plastic film when making our liners. Thanks to the high quality of our materials, we are even able to produce multi-layered liners that are very thin as we aim for a sustainable use of resources. Furthermore, there is no need for any elaborate cleaning of a tank that is lined with one of our products. Our liners also protect the tank from beer scale, which can only be removed using chemicals. And, last but not least, the use of tank beer logistically takes up less space. Meaning less truck transport for a better carbon balance. And that’s certainly something we can drink to.
