Our gwk engineers are passionate about developing technical solutions and this is what we as manufacturers want to prove in the area of cooling towers with our gvk/ghkv series. We see it as our task to understand the entire process of our customers. Therefore we have focused on quality and longevity for the products gvk/ghkv. The cooling towers are part of a central cooling tower system, supplied turn-key and regulated with a freely programmable microprocessor control system or programmable logic control. They are used for dissipation of excess heat from production systems with a higher temperature level and they operate on the principle of evaporation. This is an important consideration for environmentally conscious industries.

In this case, the innovation lies in that the concrete towers are built from the inside. in the traditional assembly the concrete tower is scaffolded from outside and then refi tted part by part. Not only is this extremely timeconsuming during the assembly, but also the setup of these scaffolds binds precious time resources and tower crane capacities. During the assembly of concrete segments with the Gplatform , the platform is connected inside the fi rst concrete ring by a mobile crane, in compliance with the requirements for passenger transport. If the following concrete tower segment is attached, the crane has already been positioned properly in order to elevate the Gplatform to the next level. After lowering the crane gear, the Gplatform is inserted and pulled to the next tower section. During the upward movement, the assembly operators must not leave the Gplatfom.
