Threaded bushes - Import export

We offer customized die-cast parts, stamped parts, deep-drawn parts, turned parts, milled parts and contact springs, both as small-precision and large parts. Partial or complete plastic and rubber injection molding of metal parts is also part of our portfolio. The manufactured metal parts can be completed with sealing elements, threaded inserts and bearing bushes. We also offer processes for cold pressing, as well as cost-effective surface finishing. We accompany our customers throughout the entire project process and organize the tool and sample production as well as the production (including surface finishing) and optionally also the assembly of the series parts.

Bernstein Series CP and CPS polyester enclosures are made of high-grade glass fiber-reinforced polyester. The black polyester enclosures conform to the requirements for Ex applications and are sufficient for accepting and encapsulating electrical and electronic and control components in harsh environments or implicitly explosive atmospheres. All enclosures have achieved protection class IP 66 in accordance with DIN EN 60529. The captive stainless steel cover screws are maintained by a self-latching element integrated into the cover. The threaded bushes are embedded in the flange on the narrow sides of the base and obtain mounting rails, plates and PC boards.

We manufacture turned parts such as threaded bushings and nuts for mechanical engineering, power plant technology and for furniture technology. The treatment of the turned parts takes place on our CNC turning machines, conventional lathes, 6-spindle multispindles or automatic lathes. Threaded bushings and thread nuts are usually supplied as a system with matching stems (spindles).

We manufacture large stems (spindles) up to a length of 6.000 mm with matching threaded bushes and nuts. For example for valve construction as well as for power plant, waste water and stage technology.
