Owing to the integrated thermostat control, the generated warm air current can be infinitely adjusted to the desired temperature and regulated in line with demand via a two-stage power control for space-filling temperature control. And since our distinctive logo has been printed on the outside, we have also incorporated distinct extras inside, which make all the difference to conventional standard electric heater fans.

Due to its high air flow rate and advanced PTC heater battery technology, the high-performance rapid heater TDS 30 M is ideally suited for quickly heating large, cold rooms. Whether for use in a workshop, in living or working spaces – the combination of a robust construction, sound workmanship and discreet design harmoniously integrates in any environment, and the thermally insulated carrying handle makes the device quick and easy to transport. The desired temperature can be regulated as needed via the integrated infinitely variable thermostat of the TDS 30 M. The latest version of heating controller UNIPLEX made by Klöpper Therm again satisfies with development competence and future oriented technology in one device. Especially designed for the control and monitoring of electric heating systems, it combines several functional elements in one device. Temperature controller, safety temperature limiter and current regulator are arranged in a space saving way on a 19” plug in board in European standard size.

Freek pump and gas line heaters for trace heating are designed to regulate temperatures in order to prevent freezing or condensation in the line. As with all our heaters, these can be designed and produced to your bespoke specifications. A most frequent application for gas & pump line heaters the semi-conductor process in which gases such as Tetraethyl Orthosilicate (TEOS), Boron Trichloride (BCl3), Aluminium Chloride (AlCl3), Chlorine Triuoride (ClF3) and Dichlorosilane (DCS) condense at low temperatures. Should this occur, it could result in wafer defect. Gas and pump line heaters consistently heat the lines and provide a simple heating solution and prevent condensation build up. The optimum line temperature will vary depending on the process.

In direct comparison, this does not only entail a more homogenous hot air current and a lower noise generation – the ceramic PTC heater battery also offers many additional assets.
