Our supply tanks are suitable for all common lubricants. No matter if graphite containing, salty or oil based products, the Jerko spraying unit is equipped for all applications. Standard sizes form 250 litres up to 2.000litres Due to the special surface and well thought-out cleaning function, the unit is durable and requires low maintenance. For cleaning, the complete cover can be lifted off with a few simple movements. This modular system allows easy replacement of the components. The necessary pressure to supply the spray equipment is generated by a piston pump developed by Jerko with a transmission ratio of 1:3.

The CEE floor tank 6620A consists of a housing made of stainless steel 1.4301 (3 mm) and a 20 mm thick cover made of anodized aluminum that can be closed with a tool. When closed, the CEE floor tank is not waterproof. In the outdoor area, a drainage pipe must be provided on site for the housing to be drained. Due to the surface load of 6.5t, this version can be driven on with a truck if it is properly installed and the lid is completely closed. The lid opens with the help of a gas pressure spring and can be closed with plugged-in plugs. Other equipment variants on request.

The CEE floor box 6610A consists of a housing in stainless steel 1.4301 (3 mm) and a lockable, 20 mm thick lid made of anodized aluminum. When closed, the CEE floor box is not waterproof. To maintain constant temperature in your tank or container, we provide the appropriate heating system. This could e.g. be implemented by heating the container surface with heating cables for holding temperatures of up to 250 °C. Transportable electrical heating equipment, including circulation pumps, are also available for holding temperature of up to 80 °C.

HB3 hygiene box – a worldwide novelty on the market HB3 is the first and only completely closed pallet box on the market with welded runners. The new HB3 box in industrial size (outer dimensions, l x w x h: 1200 x 1000 x 790 millimetres) consists of two one-piece injection-moulded elements: the box body as the top part and the pallet with three welded runners as the bottom part. Another special feature: A patented weld seam geometry for joining both plastic elements ensures maximum impact resistance and break strength; the weld seam is contour-milled and therefore almost invisible. The HB3 box, with a tare weight of approx. 42 kilograms (without reinforcement profiles), can carry a volume of max. 580 litres and withstand a stacking load of 5000 kilograms. The box is extremely rigid thanks to the welding of top and bottom part. Three additional metal reinforcement profiles (available as an option) permit a further increase of bending stiffness.
