Our supply tanks are suitable for all common lubricants. No matter if graphite containing, salty or oil based products, the Jerko spraying unit is equipped for all applications. Standard sizes form 250 litres up to 2.000litres Due to the special surface and well thought-out cleaning function, the unit is durable and requires low maintenance. For cleaning, the complete cover can be lifted off with a few simple movements. This modular system allows easy replacement of the components. The necessary pressure to supply the spray equipment is generated by a piston pump developed by Jerko with a transmission ratio of 1:3.

The CEE floor box 6610A consists of a housing in stainless steel 1.4301 (3 mm) and a lockable, 20 mm thick lid made of anodized aluminum. When closed, the CEE floor box is not waterproof. In the outdoor area, a drain pipe must be provided on-site to drain the housing. Due to the surface load of 6.5t, this version can be driven on with a truck if it is properly installed and the lid is completely closed. To maintain constant temperature in your tank or container, we provide the appropriate heating system. This could e.g. be implemented by heating the container surface with heating cables for holding temperatures of up to 250 °C. Transportable electrical heating equipment, including circulation pumps, are also available for holding temperature of up to 80 °C.

HB3 hygiene box – a worldwide novelty on the market HB3 is the first and only completely closed pallet box on the market with welded runners. The new HB3 box in industrial size (outer dimensions, l x w x h: 1200 x 1000 x 790 millimetres) consists of two one-piece injection-moulded elements: the box body as the top part and the pallet with three welded runners as the bottom part. Another special feature: A patented weld seam geometry for joining both plastic elements ensures maximum impact resistance and break strength; the weld seam is contour-milled and therefore almost invisible. The HB3 box, with a tare weight of approx. 42 kilograms (without reinforcement profiles), can carry a volume of max. 580 litres and withstand a stacking load of 5000 kilograms. The box is extremely rigid thanks to the welding of top and bottom part. Three additional metal reinforcement profiles (available as an option) permit a further increase of bending stiffness.

The SB3 pallet box is optionally available in a closed or perforated version, with three runners or nine feet. The particularly stable runner or foot connection ensures extreme resistance and, with the former version, secure lift-tilt emptying by a rotating forklift. Additional ribs on the outer walls of the large load carrier provide increased impact protection against forklift tines while the seamless construction and the smooth inner surfaces enable easy emptying, easy cleaning and good drying properties. The all-round stacking shoulder in the upper and lower edge make the container compatible with a large number of other pallet boxes (Euro stacking system).
