Screw-in Tubular Heaters are the standard solution for all heating processes with liquids or gas. The heater is installed in a tank or a tube system by the G1½" screw fitting. The IP54 connection head, fitting and tubular heater consists of stainless steel. The tube sheath material 1.4529 is resistant to sulphite, phosphors and hydrochloride media.

Universal use for a wide range of applications Ice stores are used in more and more areas of technology. In addition to the classic areas of application in refrigeration, air conditioning and commercial kitchen technology, ice storage systems and cold water systems are increasingly being used in process engineering systems. Cold water for subsequent production processes is generated with ice storage tanks. Ice storage systems thus provide stored cold. Use of cheap night electricity tariffs With the help of ice storage technology, cheap nighttime electricity tariffs can be used. During the night, ice is continuously built up on the plates or on the pipe coils. This ice is then available during the day as stored cooling capacity. This can significantly reduce energy costs. The cooling units can also be made smaller when using ice storage systems.

Plate Precoat Filter are used for the fine filtration of low-viscosity oils. This cost-effective filter is a compact device designed to supply individual machines. The achievable filtration fineness is between 1 and 5 µm in NAS 3-7. The filter regeneration and cleaning of the filter discs are done manually. Before filtration can begin, the filter discs (1) need to be swollen with a filter aid (diatomaceous earth, cellulose, perlite). Filtration: After the precoat, the operator manually switches to filtration and directs the filtrate into the clean tank (2). The system pump can now be switched on to supply the processing machine. The achievable filtration fineness is 1 – 5 µm, depending on the filter aid used.

"Closing the gap in the Toploader series" PERKUTE - Programme Extension" With the new Clean-o-mat SP 100 cleaning system, PERKUTE is extending its portfolio and is thus closing a gap in the basket diameters previously available in the successful Toploader series cleaning systems. In future, customers can choose between six different basket diameters of 450, 790, 1000, 1190, 1500 and 2000 mm and thus specify a system which matches their needs in terms of the floor footprint and the basket sizes needed. Of course, this compact and robust system has the same proven equipment features as the SP series – a low-density material separator, electronic lid control, automatic steam extraction, etc. – and turns into a real beast of burden with the permissible basket load of 500 kg in the standard version. The application of CO 2 ice jet spraying is convincing. Ranging between CO 2 cleaning and high-performance dust removal with regard to quality, optimum pretreatment can be accomplished with this system variant, only requiring simple workpiece fixing and little noise protection measures. DUST FREE can be flexibly integrated in existing equipment. A cleaning jet consisting of a mix of compressed air, CO2 and CO2 ice particles causes the soiling on the surface to become brittle. The thermal tension loosens cohesion and detaches the soiling from the workpiece surface. The cleaning jet guarantees the removal of soiling without residue. The DUST FREE and PERFECT applications optimally meet the requirements of the subsequent downstream surface quality, offering maximum thoroughness from dust removal through to cleaning. This process allows gentle cleaning of virtually all components, therefore, it is an alternative to aqueous power washing. Patented detail solutions form the basis for this mature system technology. Small workpieces are reliably held in place by the special hold-down system. The Venjakob pump station developed for this task guarantees the process reliable supply of liquid CO 2 from a low pressure tank system to the cleaning module. The housing is made of folded stable sheet steel and welded. In the cabins 2 workports with built-in rubber sleeves (easily exchangeable) are incorporated. The cabin is equipped with a blast hose, nozzle holder and nozzle 1 made of hard metal. For the different requirements are made of hard metal nozzle with a diameter of 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm or 1.2 mm for selection. All blasting medium-pressure vessel (1 - 3 Tank System) have a volume of 2 kg and provided with a closure cap. In all systems, a pressure reducing valve and a pressure gauge for setting a constant jet pressure, and compressed air supply are fitted with plug-in nipple.
