The EcoMaster ZWG has a reliable, multistage intermediate gearbox with additional overdrive function. This makes it possible to minimise fuel consumption at any time by working at a low engine speed. This means that the right machine size is always available for every application. In the additionally available overdrive, the machine's engine is in the optimum consumption range with maximum output at the same time. This offers the full litre output with a comparably low fuel consumption. Noise emission is considerably reduced by the speed reduction. The shifting process is conveniently controlled via a display and takes place loadfree during operation.

The mat former for MDF production inuences signicantly the output and the quality of the nal product. Its components ensure the material ow from the metering bin inlet, the bin discharge front onto the forming heads underneath up to the levelled bre mat on the forming line. MDF usually requires a homogeneous one-layer mat to be formed on the forming belt. To realise this we use a mechanical forming head (Siempelkamp StarFormer). Features, function Controlled material feed into the bre bin Chute equipped with bre decelerators to reduce the dropping speed of the bres Bin casing providing a buer time of up to 5 minutes Controlled bin bottom belt Discharge front with oset disc rollers Flow-optimised chute Mechanical StarFormer incl. level and angle adjustment

Static charge can occur and cause static sparking when two plastic surfaces are rubbed against one another. It also promotes the attraction of dust and reduces processing speeds. These negative surface effects can be prevented by adding migrating polar additives to the polymer matrix.

Our all-ceramic bearings are characterised by their high corrosion resistance to seawater and various chemicals. They are therefore used, for example, in the chemical industry, in the food and beverage industry, in shipping and in chlorine systems. We can manufacture our full ceramic ball bearings with rings and balls made of zirconium oxide (ZrO2) or silicon nitride (Si3N4), depending on the application. They are available with full balls or with cages made of PEEK or PTFE. The runout accuracies common with precision steel bearings cannot be achieved with all-ceramic bearings, so speed values have to be reduced. Ceramic materials are harder than steel, but also more brittle. Silicon nitride in particular has a low elongation at break and tends to break under tensile stress without prior plastic deformation. We take this into account when selecting the optimum bearing solution for your specific requirements.
